I don't believe one word of bad reviews that I am reading about Golden Pacific Realty or Ms Shirley Chen.
In the 13 yrs that I have been renting from Golden Pacific Realty I have had not a single problem. Ms Shirley Chen couldn't have been more helpful to me. When I have had issues with anything in condo she has taken care of it right away. That would include washer, dryer, refrigerator and air conditioning. All have been addressed right away with new appliances and same day work and repair on my air conditioning. Ms Chen is a very reliable and responsible person. I recommend Ms Shirley Chen and Golden Pacific Realty to anyone. Thank you Shirley Chen for all you have done for me.

I had a great experience working with the team at Golden Pacific Realty. The process of applying to my apartment was simple and straightforward, I received an approval the next day. The apartment was clean and ready to move in. When I did experience an issue with my kitchen sink, the maintenance team was able to resolve the issue quickly. I definitely would recommend renting with Golden Pacific Realty.

The owner of this company, Shirley Chen, is trying to steal our security deposit on a rental condo. We lived there 1 year and took very good care of the place during that time. She is claiming the carpets need to be replaced (they don't, we vacuumed every week and they are immaculate) and she tried to blame preexisting damage on us (I have time-stamped pictures that claim otherwise). To her credit, I called her out and we did a walk-through. She admitted (reluctantly) that the carpets were fine and changed her tune, but we're still waiting for the security deposit back.

We also had the AC break and it took 3 months to get it fixed. In Florida! WE AS RENTERS ended up having to correspond with the HOA and owners to get the repair taken care of.

I never write reviews that would have a negative impact on someone's business, but it's looking like Shirley is a theif and I want to warn people.

I'm reporting her to the Florida Real Estate Commison.

As the owner of the property, for almost 9 years I have associated with Shirley Chen. I found her to be very reliable and responsible when looking after rental property on my behalf. Whenever a problem came from the tenant, she would communicate with me straight away. On one occasion when the tenant moved out, and the carpet and wall were damaged, she quickly resolved this by making the tenant take responsibility. She is professional with her job. I recommended her to any future owner.

All I can say is: this company is the worst to manage your property. Bad for tenants and extremely bad for home owners. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Golden Pacific Realty Inc is so bad that I am not sure were to start. I'm so tired of them now, I just need to leave the house that they are managing ASAP. I wish that I could get in touch with the owner of where i live. At the end of the day I guess it's probably their property. They don't deserve one. There should have been an option for ZERO.
