This is the worst managed property I’ve ever lived on. The Manager Avery Gordon has ignored my calls and emails for weeks. The district managers Sunny and Christina have ignored me as well. Or they have no knowledge of this situation. After 5 or more voicemails you’d think they’d reach out. Apparently I have a balance that needs to be paid and I haven’t received a receipt or information on how to pay it. Trust me you don’t want to live here because they are very bias. They only let you get an apartment if you pay them under the table, you’re family or family friends. And as soon as you don’t play by their rules they Get you out of apartment by any means necessary. My car was illegally towed here. They gossip about every resident in the leasing office. Screen your calls because they have caller ID in the office. I loathe the day I trusted these liars and moved in here.

This is a poorly managed property. I’ve been trying to help my friend get some answers involving a balance she supposedly owes here and they ignored me flat out. They clearly need new management.
