Keith provides outstanding customer service! Keith expertly adjusted the style of the hats to my expectations. Keith steamed and adjusted until it was just right for both hats I purchased. I came back the next day as I thought maybe the Palm hat I bought would stretch out over time. Keith provided me with some padding to ease my mind but mentioned Palm does not "stretch". Keith has a first class business and I highly recommend Gone Country.

They make great hats. People can't stop complimenting my Winslow Brown palm, and it's held up to heavy use and to getting thrown in the back seat of my truck. Hat was great, hard to find a size 8 hat but I wish they had a 5" brim for that size 8, versus the 4-1/4 I got. Overall though it's a great experience and quick arrival.
