Thrift Store Goodwill reviews
25 So clean! And organized.
Prices went up a little. WHY? They get everything for free and some of that stuff they sell is more than when you buy it new.
But I have to say the people that work there are some of the nicest people I've met here in Florida. And they all do a terrific job at this goodwill.
I travel over a hour to go there to shop because it's the best one around in 3 countries.
Clean. Everyone wears mask. No they do not have any if you forget. Re organized inside and looks nicer. Friendly staff
Our favorite spot to go picking. This location is the best. The employees are so kind and helpful. My husband is literally here every day they know him and treat him wonderful. The entire store is So clean and organized. Plenty of registers and there open.
Not a professional company very disappointed. Will never be back. You guys need to get it together. God bless wish this place the best.
The goodwill is excellent in terms of service and staff. Their pricing can less than desirable however
Staff is very rude and have an attitude about everything. Prices are ridiculous on some of the items. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I love coming here! I’ve found some of my most favorite thrifted items at this specific Goodwill. My grandparents have recently retired in this area and have furnished nearly their whole house with items from Goodwill! I come to this location whenever I visit.
In my opinion this is one of the best Goodwills around town. Besides the one in Sarasota oh, this one is my favorite. They always have a large selection you can usually find what you're looking for. The prices are very cheap compared to other stores. Highly recommended especially if you're looking for something cheap or maybe a few extra pair of pants
Cleaned out the garage and cabinets. Had alot of useable clean items that others can use. Goodwill is a good place to take things you no longer need or want. Someone else can enjoy them. So much better than using a landfill.
Found an amazing dress that was probably worth a bit of money but was priced $200. It wasnt a wedding dress and it was pretty but not enough to pay $200 second hand. Was a real bummer and dampened my experiance
Prices are too expensive and they DO NOT help real people in need.they charge way too much for donated items.they are a rip off on so many levels
Will continue to donate and sjop here. I have donated and shopped at the Southern & Unser, for over 10 yrs and had gotten a few items at great discounts. People are pleasant and courteous.
Hit or miss as far as goods go but can generally count on stuff being overpriced! I prefer Salvation Army but none near me.
Oh what fun to see what you can find at great prices. The one in Venice is clean and very organized.
Well set up and clean. Lots to choose from, which means you'll likely find something you didn't know you wanted.
Goodwill of North Port is the best one around. All their donations come from Sarasota county which means they carry designer clothes, some of them still have the original tags. Designer jeans $4.99
The business has two different kind of business. The first one has a well organized items to sale and the second one has items that the first Building couldn't sale. I have brought items in both but I most say that the second building has better managers and stuff who are helpful. I personally dont care for the people in the first Building. Their attitude suck.
230 years here and I never knew about this place till recently. Other customers can be pushy and rude, but all in all you find the Little Treasures you didn't know you needed. Prices are below reasonable, last trip there I had two carts full and only spent 20 bucks! Staff is super nice too.
The friendly young man that worked there impressed me! Helpful, pleasant and efficient. I always get great deals too!
Their clothes are way overpriced for you stuff that people give to them to sell is ridiculous you can go to Ross TJ Maxx or Marshalls and get the same price for brand new clothes so sad you're supposed to give back and help people in need that's what the Goodwill was all about.
