Its about average for selection. It is a small place. Prices are high on some things and cheap on others. I think they could do better tho. Staff needs some training on customer service. No greeting or thank you for stopping by. The drop off section seems to always be quick to come out when you pull in.

This Goodwill had a very small array of items that weren't clothing. If you're looking to add to your wardrobe then this store most likely has something for you.

Many items, especially clothes are way over priced, I could find new name brand items at places like Bealls, Ross and Burlington for same prices or maybe $1 - $3 more and some thing's less. Since Goodwills are now privately owned and no longer nonprofit, the aren't worth shopping in.

Prices still to high for used stuff. Can get brand new for the same prices at Bealls Outlet or Ross. $15.00 @ goodwill on name brand seconds that are $7.99 and up at Bealls or Ross. Men's and womens pants/slacks mixed up on the racks.

Not a bad Goodwill. Its one of the very few in this area that still has good items weekly. This place and Haven House.

Good customer service. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and make you feel welcome. They have a large selection of items for every age group and are well priced. Prices are listed on every rack so you don't have to look at each individual tag. Easy shopping.

Don't even waste your time trying to donate here.this is a big money for profit business, not a place to help the local community.they do not take items in used condition, they want them to be so new that you probably wouldnt want to get rid of them

Goodwills in Bay County were in line with normal second hand stores. Now; items other than clothing are priced at a premium. You used to could find decent stuff at a reasonable price. That is no longer the case. For a "non profit" organization, you can expect to pay way over normal second hand prices. Why the sudden change? Why charge such high prices on second hand goods that cost the organization NOTHING. Their items are DONATED. Disappointed & disgusted with this so called "charity". This has been the same for the Thomas Drive and Back Beach Locations. The others in Bay County are not far off from this new norm.
