Goodwill - Kissimmee reviews
14Jeanette and Lisa are both very rude and have no customer service skills, they both completely ruined my shopping experience and I will not return to this location because of this
I couldn't believe that I walked around for 45 minutes finding things to buy and when I went to the checkout counter they said I had to have exact change. First of all Goodwill is pretty darn big to be able to get change from their Bank. Secondly they wasted 45 minutes of my time because they could have told me that when I walked in and then I wouldn't have looked in the store. Very very unprofessional to be able to get extra money.
It was nice little smelling and HOT but hey I found my pants and aNd some. JUST work on the A. C AND SMELL CASHIER was awsome very informative
Lisa was very rude at the cashier station. She called Jeanette for assistance who was also rude and showed a lack of compassion. This truly ruined my shopping session. Instead of being rude I wish that they did not have an attitude over something small like a receipt. They showed an extreme lack of compassion which is the opposite of what Goodwill stands for.
Very expensive, the dresses I have experience buying my cloth in Goodwill they over charge for some dress like for 5 dollars more just in this store.
Store was clean and organized but there was very little to choose from and very outdated items. Literally items falling apart and or damaged. Needs updating and people shouldn't donate trash.
Honestly, I don't know why I waste my time going? ! Every few months I cross my fingers and hope for the best? The employees are rude and the merchandise is way over priced and not once have I seen anything worth standing in line for! Housewares is non-existent and what you do find is dollar tree items 3× the price. The jist of it is if you live in the area and that is your neighborhood Goodwill I would recommend the sale racks at Walmart, Dollar general, Dollar tree! You'll find the same items; brand new and even save a few bucks! You think you're getting a discount? You're not! Oh did I forget to mention that I did buy a king-size down comforter which never made into the bag before noticing it was shredded on the other side being concealed by the way it hung on the hanger? Needless to say the cashier was not happy that I no longer wantéd it. Getting my card refunded was never an option; I was told to go pick something else at the same price. I ended up grabbing a toaster that I put by the line. Yes, a very used $10 toaster: (anyway, it doesn't work. And I'm stuck with it being the lady did an even swap out. Leaving my receipt with the shredded $10.comforter SKU listed not broken $10 toaster they swapped.so if I were you if you're in the neighborhood don't waste your time!
TERRIBLE. NASTY. DIRTY. SO SO SO DIRTY! OURS IN GR MICHIGAN ARE SOOOO MUCH CLEANER & PRICES ARE WAAAY MORE REASONABLE! IT'S VERY SAD!
I have too say the good will in Kissimmee are amazing Giselle helped me and my as on point the cashier she had orange hair she helped too to Jose the manager was awesome the guys that helped me to load the truck you guys all rock thank you for you help kindness you guys truly make the world go round with kindness I bought all of that there and it made my home amazing
The store carries a wide variety of new and used sale goods including clothes, shoes, houseware, home goods, furniture, books, DVDs, appliances, electronics and many more items. Pricing is reasonable and provides custumers with discounts on name brand, gently used and new items.
We been up & down on a Goodwill road trip. Kissimmee is by far the best Goodwill to visit. The Staff is super helpful & friendly, thank you. New manager is doing something right because the people buy all day long, the stuff is flying of the shelf.furniture and everything else. If you like it buy it. Because it will be gone when you come back. Jose keep managing the way you do it works
Over the last Four years started visiting this thrift store. Purchased a lot often. The book selection was decent. Then the employees were cordial and pleasant. Things have changed. The INVENTORY is so-so and the shelves toward the back are virtually empty. Maybe if you wait for the employees to come out with new items to be placed on shelves, you will find worthy items. Note that if you find an item with no tag/price, you are directed to go to the back double doors and ask that a price be added. CHECK OUT is not pleasant. Cashiers dn wrap glass items at all. Cashiers just places them in a plastic bag w/o any care as to breakage or chipping. I wanted to wrap breakables in plastic bags but the cashier rushed me then apologized to the next person in line. Rush, Rush, rush if you need time and a space to wrap fragile items. Recently at home when I looked at my purchases, I was very disappointed to find that one of two lamps I purchased was chipped in two places. Striking off this store but will visit other GW stores.
I can only describe my visit to the Kissimmee Good Will as oddly shocking, and here's why. As I'm browsing the store, I noticed the ladies tops, pants, shoes, dresses, everything has it's own individual price. In my past shopping experience with The Goodwill's in Chicago, Jacksonville Fl, Miami, Atlanta and a few others I have visited, all have tops one price, pants one price, shoes one price, dresses one price, and so on, and so on. Not sure of the reasoning for the different pricing but I don't think I'll be visiting that particular store again. In closing, the staff was very friendly and the store was clean and neat and well organized.
High double 5 on the excellent customer service from Louis, very nice guy, black hat.then Eric at checkout.wow nailed it. I had asked another female worker about a piece of jewelry, she didn’t have time for me I’m guessing. LOUIS took it upon HIS SELF to acknowledge me and quickly came to help me out BIG thanks to him ️️️
