All the clothes here are not grouped in sizes!? !? !? ! So don't bother coming here unless you can spend an entire day looking for you sizes. I have multiple people to buy for and I'm NOT going to waste my time here. Going to DeLand FL instead. They size all their clothes. This is just stupid to come here.

Tons of women's clothes. Not so much with men's jeans. But they are always getting different stuff in. I'll be back. Sunday afternoon wasn't busy at all

HR, hired me in the spot" and I went to work! I experienced bullying by the assistant Wendy" she the one right there while I input clothes from the bin to the hangers. At the very end she got closed to me and said I'm going to credit you the 61, clothes I done blah" blah, blah" My schedule was only Saturday, Sunday, they will make your schedule for you and talk ahead of you. Pls re"think about not working here is not always what it seems. My first day and called in I won't be back~ (smh) ~

Some prices way to high, please replace the numerous blown light bulbs, store is dark and gloomy!

Prices are ridiculous! I can get brand new for the price of some of their stuff. And they sell items that are in very bad condition. They’re just terrible and have been going down hill for years. I no longer donate to them and shopping is going to be off the table also. Do better goodwill!

The assistant Wendy yelled at me as I was driving by in the parking lot she said I was speeding but i in fact was not speeding. My junky car is just very loud. I parked the car and got out to speak with her very politely and apologized if I upset her. She continued to have an attitude and yell and cuss at me. I felt threatened and embarrassed. I hope management sees this. I see below someone else has already complained about her. I will be reporting this to hq

Assistant manager wendy has a nasty attitude toward my husband everytime wr go in there we have never done anything to her

Always a great place to shop, and maybe find an antique or two. They always have what I'm looking for, even if it isn't a top brand, or "brand-used" (pre-owned, but brand new to someone else lol). Thrifting saves a lot of $$.

It's been just over a year since my last visit.can't you get rid of the broken and cracked items? Very happy to see bathroom and changing rooms open. Reasonable prices on DVDs, color coded weekly discount available

The prices are high. I've seen dresses go up from 7.49 to 8.99. Probably won't be buying much unless it's the color of the week to get the 40% off.
The employees have always been very nice and friendly. They are the reason I gave 3 stars.

I used to visit goowill a lot but I don't know what's going on it's supposed to be a thrift store everything is donated I donated but I like to go in and look but the prices are ridiculous and I found things with store prices and they put their name on it price 3 times more expensive as if it were new if I wanted to pay that I better go and buy it new they are already taking advantage of the situation is very bad in these times and one is going to buy because it should be cheap because they are donated and used things and not they pretend to sell them like new amazing

I was in your store today and your cashier at 4 pm was rude and apparently I needed to be humiliated by taking one of my purchases, a pair of sperry leather shoes they were marked 7.99 not one tag but 2 tags I was actually excited about those. I then got explained to me that’s not the price of those and people switch tags all the time, oh my what a humiliating experience I thought these stores were out to help people. I will drive to deland where the employees are a bit more thankful that I’m coming in their store to spend my hard earned $. Bought a pair of bobs (name brand also 7.99) and your crabby cashier just wanted to argue. Whoever she was assuming switched those tags or mispriced them is not my responsibility nor do I believe it’s ok to humiliate me because of dishonest people!

Great place to not go with your wife unless you've had a 6 pack in you. You'll find what you need +more and get to see so much.
