Went here a week ago…Fat goodwill employee with glasses in pony tail with terrible dyed blonde hair is discriminating my friend and threatened him to banned him for no reason? You’re in idiot. She called the Cops already and guess what! Cops on our side lol they told her she isn’t allowed to kick people with disabilities out for “safety reasons” smh

The manager on Saturday morning on 20 October was absolutely rude obnoxious. I was at the register she took the merchandise and said I couldn’t purchase it and took the ticket off and threw it to the other cashier. Absolutely rude and disgusting customer service.

Love visiting this store when we are in S Fla. We always find good treasures. This trip I found several hand crocheted afghan blankets. These are family treasures that someone spent countless hours of time on. Also found a 1945 Black Beauty book. Great day of thrifting.

Staff was incredibly rude when I asked if I could put the donations in the bins. The man outside wouldn't speak to us. Then when we took the things out of the car waiting for the 10 mins til 9 am, he yelled at us and told us the cameras were watching us.in an aggressive tone?

This goodwill is close to my home. They are impossible to deal with donations so I no longer donate. The prices are often higher than retail.and they keep going higher. The store is clean and the people inside the store are nice.

Absolutely one of the best Goodwill stores I've ever seen. Lots of quality items at the right price. Prices were amazing.if you find a red tag the prices are highly reduced. The quality names of the designers were top drawer. I bought 3 pairs of cargo shorts for fishing and outdoor activities for $10.99. Also found a couple of Nautica brand shirts for $3.99 a piece.a toaster for $2.99 and what I also noticed is the quantity of brand new, never used items available. Last time I was there I purchased new bed sheets in their original package for $14.00 with pillow cases. The original price was $70.00. I highly recommend this store. Check it out. Blessings! JMAC

This goodwill is amazing! So many new things along with donated items! Went in and got a boxspring for my new mattress and instead got a mattress stand for half price I would of spent on just the boxspring without the frame. They have memory foam pillows and amazing choices of quality bedding! I was so surprised seeing all the new items still in boxes and stuff not just open used donated things!

Purchased a nightstand from this goodwill in July of last year And still have it and love the goodwill store the manger is super nice I can't wait to donate more items to this store

The manager’s name Stefanie at location 8915 sage ave in Naples, she is very rude and arrogant, she threw a purse at me when I ask to see the purse she priced cheaper just for her friends and turned to them and said you can never put items on the shelf that purse was for you she said to her friend. I have been shopping to goodwill for long time, now I have no desire to go back to goodwill
