The drive-through line moved quickly, and the two staff members who took the donated items from the car were polite, quick, and pleasant. They made it very easy.

Horribly under staffed but gets 4 stars for the poor friendly only cashier for all day for doing the best she can.

Literally 8 employees standing outside at 4: 30 on a Sunday, 30 minutes before the 5pm drop off closing time, and they refused to take my small bag of clothes. They said they were 'closed' and waved me to keep driving past. One employee said they have too much work to do. Nice!

Tracy is the best store manager That goodwill has but this store has a lot of pickers very grabbing 24 /7

Got some brand new Sperry for $25.00 not much of a selection in men's shorts unless you're a size 40 or above tho. Plenty of other clothes in all sizes.

Wonderful. Thank you to the clerk up front desk, Hannah the manager and the two Helpful men who placed a love seat sofa in my car. I was in and out of the store by 30 minutes! Much Thanks. Very pleasant staff.

Very nice selection of every thing.the price is ok, they don't have colored tag sales like I'm used to.to get discount you have to be a member. I'm only in Florida 3 months out of the year

This store probably is the worst Goodwill in Palm Beach county.
Dimly lit, dirty, and understaffed.
The shelves are never stocked, eventhough there is a huge donation center in back with piles and piles of items ready to go. What the shelves are stocked with is garbage. Broken. Dirty. Junk. HARD PASS.

The store is very dimly lit and not attractively arranged for browsing at all. The dim lighting makes the space appear dirty. No wonder the staff acts so unhappy.

My wife and I donated a few bags of clothes outside and was met by a rather large lady with an even bigger attitude. Not a pleasant experience what so ever. She acted very annoyed when speaking to us and entirly non welcoming.

If don't like your job, find something else. Don't cop an attitude with people who are giving the company that employees you free items. You should be and act grateful toward every person you see donating anything regardless of your workload. I've experienced better customer service at walmart at 1am then here.

Avoid this place, go to another location or salvation army.

The clothing is organized by color and NOT size. It is very difficult to shop for your size without going though Every. Single. Item.lots of cook books to pick from though.

They were unable to reopen the cash register to give me my 2.00 change so they wanted to give me a gift card. Stood there for 20 minutes and customers wanted to give me the change because the process was taking too long, as if I was the problem because I was waiting for my change! Seriously, this store is a joke!

The store has decent selection; however, I would prefer the clothes to be ordered in size instead of color. Additionally it seemed that some of the items were a little bit over priced but not majorly. Beyond clothes the other items were not of great variety unless you wanted golf clubs. The main reason for the detraction of the star was the apparent discord among their employees. Among the cashiers there was sass and attitude for one another aplenty.

They were open on a Saturday despite the pandemic, employees were wearing masks, and they maintained social distancing while accepting donations. Also they were very friendly in spite of all of us wearing masks
