Goodwill Manasota - Retail Store, Bradenton FL

I shop and donate at this and other Goodwill locations frequently. This morning was the first time that a Goodwill employee was rude to me. While was dropping off a carfull of donations I got a dose of his snarky political comments. Not professional or appreciated.

I liked this store until I was ROBBED in the parking lot. Even with my car parked at the front of the parking lot in front of cameras during early hours, thefts still stole my stuff. Even though I like this store a lot, don't think I can return for my safety.

Two weeks ago, My husband and I were vacationing in Sarasota so we stopped by one of the Retail stores to shop. Everyone was so nice and courteous! I got home (Atlanta) and I noticed that I had two different shoe sizes in a pair of shoes that I bought. I contacted the Corporate office and spoke to Jennifer and she apologized for the inconvenience and told me that if she can find another pair that she would mail them to me! And she did! I was so ecstatic that she went over and beyond to make sure I got my shoes! Great customer service!

I used to really like shopping here, but they've gotten so greedy. If they put merchandise on the shelves without a price they won't sell it to you. They don't even have someone on hand to price it for you. How do they not have a single person workng in the store who is alowed to price stuff in the case that it happens. They're so worried that they could sell it for 2$ more. Terrible service. I'm not going to even donate my stuff there anymore.

Always find stuff I can't live without.
They even have several EV Level 2 charging
stations. Haven't seen too many of them around.

Every time we go we find exactly what we are looking for. Today it was simply drink coasters. Easy item.to find right? Wrong. That's how we ended up at Goodwill. Walked in browsed around and wala coasters

Very clean areas, easy access, clothing sorted well. Questions answered courtesily. Can find different items not necessarily found in other stores, if so the prices might b higher in another stire.

Lots of great bargains, my favorite place to shop. They had lots of shoes and jeans. I picked up a Victoria secret, shirt and London jeans. Awesome.

I said hello to six associates, only one acknowledged my existence. Also loose coat hangers on the floor made a terrible slip hazard (a Morgan and Morgan day in the making). Would not recommend this place.

Haven't been in years since moving to Indiana and It's still the same great home cooked comfort food I remember from when I was a kid. Steave was jamming out running the kitchen and Shelley was there to greet us at the door with a smile. Best burgers in town, clean and over the top service make it a must stop!

One of the bigger goodwill stores in the area and its oretty clean and well stocked.i got this sweet painting there for 3 dollars

Very clean store with lots of variety. Staff is helpful although if you happen to be browsing the centre display case, the clerk follows you around and makes you feel like you might steal something, lol. I'm sure she was trying to be helpful but asking if she could help would have been better than stalking me.

Diverse collection of anything you need. I treat it as a wardrobe away from home. Just got a golf shirt for $3. It may have a few imperfections but better than $60.

Awesome price on Goods and items are fantastic BuT There is NO WIFFI and lost connection on phone it might be depend on my service, sometime I need to check the price on web but can’t access to web,

Prices are way too high! Items are free that they receive and they sell them for almost the same as the store at retail for a used item. We won't be shopping or donating there anymore! They used to be pretty cheap and now they blew up and charge way too much! I love how they help give jobs to people with special needs but cut down on the prices or have sales more. Something needs to be said and done. And also you can't return items anymore.

Cashier I had was unfriendly and rude. I informed her I had the coupon on my phone but could not pull it up. The Internet did not work. I tried to log on as guest, still no connection. She would not give me discount. (Like it cost her)
My mother in law went to Margie, down the row. She was friendly and fast.
Going to SR70 next time.

Great place with great employees and fair prices on good stuff. The staff is always upbeat and will make you smile!

Nice to shop and help is willing to "help" find items. At the same time you are helping military and families.

Not as nice inside as one on 70 but friendlier staff. Good choice of furniture. Loved their kid's and infant clothe.
