Goodwill Manasota Attended Donation Center reviews
8First two trips to drop off were great, worker was friendly and helpful. Third trip on Sunday, Aug 29 was not good. Worker did not help, wouldn’t let us put items on bottom shelf of cart or set in floor as we unloaded, told us we could take our stuff elsewhere if we didn’t like it. Fourth trip on Monday Aug 30, no problem. Fifth trip on same day and worker from Sunday was there, watched us unload while standing inside the door making comments “oh they are back, I guess they didn’t want to go somewhere else” etc. RUDEST person I have ever met at a Goodwill!
I visit all these Goodwill's because I work for them has a driver through Ryder transportation of course they're all good shops
I can mot get enough of these stores, so many wonderful finds and great prices. Bought a slow cooker and an electric foreman type grill for $3.49 each, got my little man tons of games that were like new $20.00 ea. In stores and I only paid $1.99 - $2.99 each for them and don't even get me started about the clothes.
Excellent place to donate your goods. Drive through under a cover in case of rain. Employees are friendly, helpful and come right out to your car.
Great place to donate. The guys working there are always friendly and helpful. This is the location we always take our donations.
Spring cleaning is upon us, and if your like us you probably didn't remove all the old or un played with toys before Christmas. Now you have too much clogging the closet space. You sure need to do it before birthdays & Christmas rolls around again.
This is what we do, go to Home Depot and buy compactor bags, the really big ones.
I call this de-cluttering. So out with the old, too small or never used in the past year.
Once accomplised, load your shopping cart, rolly cart, or wagon to the car. Load it up, no looking back, and drive straight to Goodwill.
Once your there, they always have a worker, that comes out and removes it from your car.
This is a tax write-off, so get a receipt. I believe donation's are up to $250 if you itemized.
This is the best way to help out your community and gain control of your house.
Take pride, the clutter is gone and you can preside to scrubbing base boards and window seals.
Oh gee, I almost forgot, you can even shop there for just about anything, people have donated. Furniture, tv set, lamps, shoes, purses, everything kitchen, even beds, new mattresses & rugs at reasonable prices!
Rock On Goodwill, may you be around forever! ️
There are lots of treasures to find here at great prices. The employees and management are very nice.
