Goodwill Thrift Store - Oakleaf Crossing, Jacksonville FL

Honestly there the best thrift store you can find usually it looks like everything is worn out and dirty but it doesn’t here

Called here to see if they might of had a microwave and the girl that answered the phone was pretty rude and didn't want to help at all smh

Good selection of kids and women's clothes. Lots of baby and toddler toys for a decent price. Some stuff can be a little over priced for the quality but that happens at any thrift store. Staff has always been friendly. Sometimes they are understaffed and the lines can get pretty long. Color sales tags are the best! 40% the stuff they are about to cycle out. Almost no furniture here, it's just so small.

I have never been impressed with a neat and organized Goodwill in all the years I've been going to them!

Good finds. Nice and clean. Not a good selection on women's sports clothing and shoes. Overall, I enjoy shopping there

I love the store, but Whatever Im looking for Ispend the majority of the time looking through long lines of dresses, skirts, slacks.things are colored coded
And stil cant find my size or what I am looking for, Thank you.

Clean store. Clothes, toys, limited furniture. Not a huge selection of items but was able to find a couple of blouses for work.

It's ok. Occasionally find some good deals. Workers nice people. Some stuff overpriced in my opinion.

I love a location at the store the people work there are oh nice and friendly been going there since 2013 wouldn't change if I had to. That is my little mini mall

Inventory has been bad for months. Zero electronics whatsoever. Same items that need to be sent out.

Entire staff is friendly. Only issue for me was finding specific sizes (dress shirts and dress pants)

I understand it's Goodwill but these staff members here don't seem to really want to help anyone or receive anything. Total oxymoron.

A large Goodwill with minimal furniture options. The majority of their merchandise is clothing. All clothing is organized by color, style and not size.

Small store. Very nice staff when you are dropping stuff off they are quick to come help you get the stuff you are giving away and I usually don't ask for a receipt on the stuff I dropped off but from what I've heard sometimes it can take a lil bit.

This is one of the smaller Goodwill stores in Jacksonville. The customer service could be better. Not too much of a selection as far as furniture.

Small selection of everything that arent clothes. Store is mostly clothes. Also just a small store in general, not spacious. There are much better goodwills all around here.

I don't know how they stock their stores but this one seems to have the same items every time I go in and the staff isn't that friendly.

I've been a long time customer at that store and I thought that maria was the manager of that store. I had a fat manager talk to me very badly and did not take care of me like maria does, so please talk to that fat manager or make MARIA the MANAGER

It's the only thrift store in the Oakleaf/Chimney Lakes Bubble. Bought an almost, new looking, leather knock off recliner for $25. Most of the employees are friendly. Nice, clean location. They have a restroom for use and 2 fitting rooms available. My only complaint is their cookware and clothing, shoes are a bit overpriced for what they are selling.

Very difficult to get too on the corner of the plaza. In addition to that there was a large semi truck blocking the drive thru the day my husband and I dropped off our donations so there was alot of congestion in traffic because it was in the midst of everyone doing their spring cleaning.
