Goodyear Auto Service, Haines City FL

I had 2 tires in my car all I needed was installation of the 2 and 2 new ones that they would sell and somehow the quote was 860.00, I ended up going to Tuffy’s.

Avoid. Very disrespectful and very disorganized.
I called to ask if I need to schedule an appointment the lady told me to call back within an hour to check.
After an hour, I called back and the manager answered (I think his name was Adam), he assured me to come over and he'll "take care of me right away".
Once I arrived, I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't around.
The lady told me it won't take long, I jokingly asked her "how long - an hour or two? " expecting it to be only 10-15min but not, she told me it'll be in about an hour - I looked at her and just left.
Of course I could have confronted her asking why did they made me come all the way here just to wait more as I specifically asked not to wait but nowadays, I feared it might have lead to some sort of retaliation in the service. So I share this experience here with you so you can be the judge if you want to be treated this way - and that is even BEFORE they gave you any service.

All i needed was an oil change. The cashier told me it would be done in "about an hour" i waited in the waiting room for an hour and no one even took my truck into the garage. 4 other customers were complaining they have been there for over 2 hours and the mechanics were just standing around talking. I asked for my keys back so i could take my business to the 10min oil change down the street. I wont be coming back here again.

I definitely had to make a review for Angel Rivera because of his amazing customer service. He made the process of getting my tires checked and changed quick and efficient. He made sure I was aware of everything that was being done. I will be a returning customer!

I am extremely disappointed in this please with the experience I just had this morning at this location the front service desk lady by the name of a Maggie was extremely rude to me and was completely off with giving customers wait times I was told an hour for the way for a simple oil change I waited until a hour and 20 minutes to go say something to her to ask about the status of my vehicle she proceeds to catch an attitude with me and tell me that she told me an hour and a half to begin with which she did not and the camera does have recorded audio to show that she is lying I simply wanted to know how long on my vehicle since it’s way over the wait time that she tells me it’s 30 minutes. Now this has caused me to be late for work and has completely put me behind my schedule now. The reason why I asked for a wait time is because I live very local and I would’ve went home and took away to change my clothes and get ready for work did not think a simple oil change was going to take two hours whenever I originally called I was told to come on in and they had any right away it seems like they say what they want over the phone just to get you to come in and get your business only a normal person that had a customer service was Adam. Definitely won’t be returning to this location

Barbara and Lilly are the Dream Team! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and received my car service in a timely and consumate matter. Highly recommend this location! Those girls definitely make that place run the right way! Thanks again!

I really wish I could've responded to the companies response to my review. I have called their toll free number before, they only refer you back to the store. If you choose to go to Goodyear, please do 2 things.

1.) Check your receipt. They will cram their road hazard protection on it, without your consent. This is illegal, and you are not required to pay for it.

2.) If you do get the road hazard insurance, please verify that they properly capture the serial numbers of the tire. Make them take a picture of it for your records. This is how they get you. They only put the registration number of the tires on the invoice, and it is your word against theirs.

I would point out with most companies, you actually don't need to go through these "pain-staking" steps to avoid getting ripped off. It is much easier to go to Tire King in the area, or something like that.

This is the second time I've been here, and the second time I got ripped off. I bought tires from them a year ago, they crammed their road Hazard insurance on my bill (I never asked for it) and now that I actually had a problem with the tire, they claim the serial numbers don't match, even though what she read to me off the invoice was totally wrong, and won't honor it. Goodyear has no integrity, corporate or otherwise. I am all for hiring people with down syndrome, but this place over did it.

After being a customer for one year, I had a very disappointing experience. Went in for a basic oil change on 9/27/22 and alignment for which I had taken an offer for the last one about a year ago. They offered tire rotation. My car, a Toyota Corolla had NO issues at all. I arrived at 8: 20 am and went to check upon it close to noon. They usually call for pick up, nothing of the sort. They had a long list of services the car required which I refused since it wasn’t the plan. When returning my car, it suddenly had a check engine light when they pulled it out of the shop. Left and had to return due to the stuttering and car noise. They checked it again and according yo them a coil was mal functioning. With a discount, they wanted to charge me 200 for 15 minutes of labor for a car that went well into that shop early in the morning. Car was parked due to hurricane Ian, to my surprise, there’s an oil spill in driveway. Sooo disappointed.

In the midst of moving house, a time sensitive situation and a hungry family, i walked into what was a very busy store. My first thought was to simply turn around and look for a less busy store elsewhere. I'm glad i didn't. We had an urgent tire fix, and Maggie was there to help. With a brave and welcoming smile, Maggie was able to have me in and out with out any trouble or hassle. Since then, everything else went smooth - I like to think as a result of Maggie and her excellent customer CARE -Cheers, Maggie - you're a diamond!

This was a refreshing experience. Since it's a mom and pop shop, the way they handle business is very different and their pricing is REALLY competitive.

Came in on Wednesday night around 6pm, had a nail in my tire. They had me back on my way in less than a hour. The service was fantastic and professional.

Very knowledgeable in all services … not just tires, I went in this morning expecting just an AC recharge. However, after testing it was obvious that the problem was much worse. They ended up replacing the compressor, added discounts saving me hundreds of dollars, plus gave a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty. They were very thorough in explaining all that needed to be done and completed the work the same day. They were a pleasure to deal with! Thank you.

Amazing staff at this location with top notch customer service. As a medical courier unpredictable tire issues can occur at any moment during my travels to provide life saving supplies. My tire was going flat, so I located the nearest tire shop available online. Most were already closed as it was after 6pm, but Goodyear was open so I went directly there. After arriving, Barb the Assistant service manager, greeted me with a smile and offered to put air in my tire at no charge. Barb requested her Technician Jasper to put air in the tire. Upon further inspection Jasper realized I was losing air quickly due to a lodged screw in my tire. Even though he had other buisness he needed to tend to and it was near closing time Jasper quickly stepped up, offered to repair the tire, and get me back on the road as quickly as he could. Within 30 mins my tire was repaired and I was back on the road. Thank you both for assisting me in a very difficult moment. May you be blessed the same way you blessed me. Great job.
