Goodyear Auto Service, Orlando FL

I brought them a dozen donuts today in appreciation. They could have charged me for a diagnostic fee, but there was no problem and no charge. I have been treated fairly and honestly there for the past 16 years. Andy has been great, but now he is no longer there, illness. Unsolicited review.

What a great first time tire experience I had yesterday. Andy was the best at personal service and educating me about different types of tires for my vintage Jeep. Can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! This location really took care of me and was very accommodating. I didn’t feel like they were trying to pressure me to fix other issues to take my money like some other mechanics. They were perfectly honest about what could be put off. I can tell they are really trying to make a good impression to gain returning customers and keep them happy.

I also love this location specifically because the plaza has lots to do and places to relax if you have to wait for your car.

Andy gave the most professional and helpful customer service! He worked hard to find me the best deal to replace my tires. The only issue I had was that the estimated time that the tires would arrive and be installed was pretty far off. That doesn’t change anything for me though because the service and affordability was fantastic!

Needed to have Goodyear look at my car, as it wasn't starting up like usual. The shop on Bumby has always been so helpful in keeping my older Rav 4 going. They didn't need to change the battery just gave it a charge for only $28 bucks. Thanks guys, you're the best!

Made an appointment for oil change, they had no record of it? Left the car at 4: 10 at 5: 30 car was still in the parking lot. The manager of the store is a B S 'er. Fast talking bulls.er. Don't waste your time with this place. The only truthful guy here was the counter Guy. No urgency and the vibe is "shisty"

It took them almost 2 hours to replace 1 tire that was out the car already, get tires somewhere else and save your time.

I've used this place for decades for a lot of different service needs on many different makes and models. They have always been very professional and offer reasonable pricing.
