Hands down the only place I would go to for all your vehicle problems. Their customer service is amazing. Kevin answered all my questions and had a great attitude.

Great customer service. Verlande was very helpful. The company definitely exceeded my expectations. They even helped me with maintenance that I had to pay out of pocket.

Garbage service. Went in for a patch up and the guy gave me an excuse about how the nail needs to be in the middle of the tire for him to patch it? I didn't ask for an excuse, I asked you to patch the tire. Easily go to a Ponchera in hialeah and they patch in tire in less than 20 mins. Not coming back here again.

Kevin and Adrian are amazing! I love that I can go in as a woman and not be treated like an idiot. These guys thoroughly take care of you and they're not going to make unnecessary updates to your car unless you need it. I love their honesty and appreciate how well I've been taken care of! They truly work with you as a person and not a customer number, going to miss this shop.

The employee that rung up my transaction refused to assist me with financing and lied to me in my face saying if I applied for finance I would have to wait over an hour for her to rewrite the invoice and once I said I was willing to wait knowing she was lying, she told me it was annoying and she didn't want to do it. Mind blown. Everyone else was amazing but that experience and comment was disgusting.

I went in for new tires last week and had the pleasure of working with Adrian in the front office. Adrian was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also pleasant, polite and patient. Adrian and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I purchased the best tires and an alignment for my vehicle with all of the available discounts and rebates. I'm very happy with my purchase and the way my car is handling. I highly recommend this location!

The only bad thing about this business is the waiting time is too long, even for a flat tire it always takes more than an hour, thank you

Great service and experience, thanks to Bella and her team! First, on Friday I made an online appointment for Sunday. I called on Saturday to ask if I could switch it for that same day, which they were happy to accommodate. I required special tires that are not normally on stock anywhere, but Bella had already taken care of requesting delivery from the manufacturer to be received by noon. Second, I showed up with another quote from another service provider that was cheaper and asked if they would match it as Goodyear advertises a Price Match Guarantee. Bella happily honored it and matched the competitor. Third, Bella was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what had caused my tire to wear off the way it did, as well as make suggestions on what I can do going forward to extend the life of my tires and avoid what occurred with mine. She suggested places I could visit in the adjacent strip malls as an alternative to sitting and waiting, so I was able to entertain myself and buy a few things by the time I got her phone call telling me the job was completed. I have driven my car for 2 days now and the new set of tires in my car feel fantastic! Fantastic job guys!

I’ve had work done on my car here twice and both times I’ve had a positive experience! Great customer service! Everyone is so nice, HONEST & informative! They get you in & out. Of course if it’s busy or it’s a big job, you’ll have to wait a few hours but that’s expected at any mechanic. I definitely recommend this place! Kevin, the service manager, was the one who helped me & he was so very helpful! Thank you!

Always come here to do my car needs. They are friendly, quick, and i feel like they are honest when they tell me what my car needs

I have no expertise in the car department so the mechanic is always intimidating for me but I came to Goodyear for a check engine light and Kevin was able to resolve the issue, my car drives better than it ever has! God willing I will only have preventative maintenance, but I sure will come back:)
