Good customer service, they didn't have the tires I needed in stock. However, the representative did everything to find the tires I needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock nationwide.

Prior to my first and ONLY visit to this shop, I got all my oil changes done at Walmart, and never had a problem with any oil leaks. After taking a chance with these guys because there closer to home. I mysteriously ended up with a tremendous amount of oil leaking from my vehicle. I will never go back, and don't recommend them for oil changes.

Came in for alignment, they wouldn’t do alignment unless I buy 2 brand new tires. Tires has nothing to do with alignment, unfortunately for them I work on cars and semi trucks, turned around and left. Specifically if u women they will take advantage of u here even if u are men. Go somewhere els

Was just there to get a flat fix, was told (@ 3: 30pm) it was too late already in the day to get my flat repaired, but supposedly they close at 5pm. Okay, no thank you. Good luck with your business, definitely not going back and not recommending to family and friends.

Very Professional clean waiting area with free coffee and water bottles. TV lots of chairs to site near had station to get stuff.

Fabulous! Brought my travel trailer in for set of new GY tires. Team was knowledgeable, friendly and focused. While the trailer tires were being installed, I discovered a nail in one of the tow vehicle truck tires. Harry repaired it after installing the new trailer tires. Bravo!

Carlos, customer advisor, and Angel, ASE auto tech, were fantastic. Got us in and out while we were on vacation from MN. Carlos recommended Pioccos, fantastic Mofongo! Thank you both so much.

How customers get there as soon as u open for a tired repair and an it takes the whole day for the customer to get their car back.

Gentleman at desk was VERY helpful, and kind. He estimated the time required for the repair and was right on!

Great service. Actually got my car done way before I thought it would be done. Very fair prices. Won't go anywhere else found my new car place. I have an old car and everyone else always say ain't it time to get a new one. But they never did. Just lets get it fixed.

Helpful and courteous. But, having said that, the communication skills represented by the associates at this Goodyear facility were less than acceptable. English is my preferred language.

Good intention does not equate to good service. Unfortunately, the language barrier between the front desk and the service pit is in need of "service and maintenance "!

I have been using Goodyear since I bought the car in 2009. The fact that the car is still riding well in 2023 should speak for itself. Sometimes I forget that the car is going 70 and above. I sure that not everyone has been as lucky as me but I haven't bought new since my car rides so well.

Ok so I went to this place for an oil change. Stood in line longer than 10 minutes the guy there saw me and just looked at me and acted like he was on the phone. A Spanish couple came in and they stood in line for about five minutes and then the guy came out and he asked in Spanish hello and he definitely was not talking to me. He was talking to the couple behind me. Then I waited for an hour only to be told I could not do my oil change because something is wrong with my car. They never told me or showed me pictures about what was wrong with my car. Please do a better job at customer service.

Amazing customer service from Carlos

I went to this location after I had a horrible experience at the store located at 8265 S John Young Pkwy. I called before showing up, Carlos answered the phone and set the right expectations. Once in the store Carlos was determined to help me out and went above and beyond, even calling another store on a completely different state to figure out how to solve my issue. While he was working on it, I shared my bad experience at the other store and another guy, whom I think was the manager, just kept saying “well the guys at the other location have been in the business for a long time, so if they could not help you…” hinting that they wouldn’t be able to help me either, which I have to say is not the best way to start or approach a customer that is complaining about another location. However, Carlos was still able to solve my issue despite this. I am grateful to Carlos for resolving my issue and for remaining customer focused despite the repeated comments from the manager.

Even if Carlos would not have been able to solve my issue, I would’ve walked out the shop with an appointment scheduled for later, just because of the dedication and great customer service I received from him.

I myself am a customer service manager, and I can tell you that I’d hire Carlos all day, everyday!

I came into Goodyear nervous because I'm a single female and I don't know much about cars by the time I left and Carlos Rivera knowledgeable and he was very detailed and I feel comfortable making this my new place for my vehicle thank you so much you made me feel like a million dollars and my car too
