I have taken my car here for the last 3 oil changes and was quite satisfied.

On Dec. 8 I took my car in for an oil change, I was there waiting for over 3 hours or more. When they checked my car the Manager told me that the filters need changing and that I had noticed that I had an oil leak and I said no and how can that be fixed he said they need to order a part and I also need new tires. I authorize the new filters which with oil change and filter would cost around $179. The oil leak and tires will happen at a later date.

When the service man took the car off the ramp I noticed he did not close the bonnet and drove the car a good distance away from the bays. The serviceman left car and walked back to get a part to be replaced in the engine and a jug with windshield washer, I thought that was odd to have wasted time to walk the way back and forth. After he poured the liquid in the car and closed the bonnet I thought he was about to drive the car up to the front of the office, instead he took the car on the road and when he did not return shortly thereafter I ask another serviceman why would he take the car on the road. The serviceman said to blow the black smoke out.

When the serviceman returned the car immediately shocked to see my car on the front passenger side door had a few dings and scratches. The serviceman of course would not admit to damaging my car. I waited for the Manager to come to investigate. It was a fresh scratch because you could see the powdery paint and the chips were still on. The Manager says he is no fool. Don&to know what he was implying. He said it was not a fresh scratch but believe me it is new.

Then I said I am no fool either, I know my car and yes there are a few stone chips bot these scrapes and paint chipped off are new from touched by and looking at it. The paint dust was still on the car.

The Manager Ralph became very rude to me, he said look into my face and with his index finger and middle finger pointing towards his face he said the he will not charge for the work but I must never come back to his shop and he will make that note in his system.

The damage on my car will cost me 10 Times the cost of the oil change. I did not go for a free oil change. I have had a car all my adult years and have never never encountered anyone being so rude.

That is why my preference is to take my car to the dealers. It may cost a bit more but if the damage happened there the response would have been different.

Very bad experience in this place, I take my car yesterday for tired replace, the car stay over nigth next day I pick my car surprise me big big dent in my door I'm very upseft about this place, in manager don't want take responsibility, my recommendation just very careful with this people's they are ashole.
This place is very very bad
Even new tires lood bad

This particular Goodyear came highly recommended and they are on point. They take amazing care of my fleet vehicle that I drive 600 miles a week of which about 1/4 of those miles are off road. They are busy so I recommend making an appointment or dropping your car off if you can. Thank you for the quality service.

Was out here on vacation when my breaks line blew. Talked to them on the phone and they promised they could fix it no problem. Waited till 2pm on Saturday for them to tell me they couldn't do anything and wasn't comfortable working on anything other than basics breaks and I'd have to get it towed some where else. After the tow and extended hotel stay ended up costing me an extra 500$

Everyone in the front desk and the driver who took me to work while they fix my car were super nice, gentleman, great Costumer service.

Apparently an appointment means nothing. Had a 5: 00 appointment to swap out 4 OEM tires. Got there at 4: 50 and after taking keys was told they couldn't do it and would have to come back in the morning. Found another shop to do it last minute for cheaper. Lost my business for good.
