GORE STREET CARRIER ANNEX, Orlando FL

Seems like everyone called.had a bad experience.so they just need to be let go.and find some new employees.

I'm am really disappointed in this location I have been looking for a check from my insurance company since September and have not received any mail yet at my address. I went to the location yesterday and there is no door entrance to the public line it is at the Ocoee location I did speak with someone yesterday and he claimed my mail is not there when in the area I live in I was told that the carriers dont walk up to the homes anymore so what happens you just leave my mail.sitting at the annex til when forever? I called my insurance company and nothing has been return to them so when will I get mail mail? I've been calling this morning and it rings rings rings rings This location is very unprofessional and is not truthful because they are lazy UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE SHOULD BE FOR THE PEOPLE AND IS NOT at this location on Gore St. In Orlando florida. The employees here should be replaced with people who care I need and want my mail til I am able to put a mail box out on the curb. Thos location SUCKS.

Mario and Mr. G are awesome and very professional. I had a package that was going through the mail loop between Orlando and Tampa because I left off the apartment number. They both tracked my package put a hold on it and made sure it got to the Downtown post office so my son could pick up the package. Thank you for your awesome service

I give this location a zero due to that fact that there professionalism need lots of help! I was promised service since Tuesday and it is now Friday and with all that being said now all of a sudden the phone is officially off or just being put on the back burner as denying phone call service. Is there any other number i can call for assistance?

Called several times, it's "busy". A business should have a system for receiving calls. This is ridiculous.

Called numerous times about a package that never got delivered. Finally, talk with a nice gentleman who didn't make excuses or blame my missing packaged on the "new" people. Some people in the annex need customer service training.

They are very unprofessional. Don't bother calling you will not get an answer. Just call the 1 800 customer service line. They are not making attempts to deliver my mail probably due to the mailman or person running out of time. I've had to call about this issue several times. It still keeps happening. I wish the company I was ordering from would just use UPS instead of the United States Postal Service at least with UPS I know I would get my package on the day i was expecting it. Every time they do this I have to be inconvenienced by going to The Postal Service and sometimes I'm not able to make it because by the time I get off work they are closed. The system is just messed up.
