I am so grateful Tevin came to my door, I usually don’t answer and if I do I usually tell them I am not interested. But Tevin knows his stuff and was very professional. He explained everything so I understood the process. And then when my claim was approved he explained again how the process works and put my mind at ease. Again I am so glad I answered the door! Tevin is AWESOME!

Gorrilla roofing is the worse roofing company that I ever deal with. The job started on October 30, they removed the old shingles and prepare the roof for inspection. As of day Nov 12 we still waiting for someone to show up and finished the job. We called last week to get an update and leave message, nobody call us back.
The shingles are in the roof waiting to be installed and now is raining and is leaking to the family room. They don’t answers the call, we leave more than 10 messages with no answer. In the meantime the dumpster is blocking the garage and the smell is terrible. This is a nightmare

I wish there was a way to write a 10 star review for Gorilla. Hail/wind damages were extensive and the staff coordinated every aspect with my “reluctant” insurance company. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Johnny Roberts

I wish to express my appreciation to Mr. Kevin Koehler from Gorilla Roofing. Mr. Koehler won our trust. He placed emphasis upon family safety on a daily basis. He respected our privacy during the course of the replacement work. He diligently ensured that we understood the salient aspects of the Warranty Contract Agreement in accordance with our HOA standards. He unremittingly managed a Gorilla team that was punctual, focused, polite and absolutely dedicated to the project at hand. We feel fortunate to have experienced a quality of workmanship exceeding the outcome we envisioned.

Many houses in my neighborhood had hail damage from recent storms. Gorilla roofing was giving my neighbor an estimate and offered to inspect my roof for free. I was very impressed with their honesty. Luckily there was very little damage to my roof and it did not require repair. I will be sure to call Gorilla roofing if I need roof repair in the future.

From the beginning Nick Ruiz performed the inspection following the hail storm, cataloged the damage and worked with the insurance company to start it all off. He was professional and responsive to all our issues. The roofing team led by Kris Apana was terrific. They worked from dawn to dusk, cleaned up after their workday and did a great job. A top shelf company. Also Danielle in the office was very helpful.

I first have to mention that the sales team at the street level was fantastic. Also, the install crew are great workers. After the sale, it’s as if Gorilla has your business so they no longer care. Getting answers is like pulling teeth. Zero information is given to you; you have to pull it out of them. They say they’ll call, they don’t. You send emails, it takes several tries to get an answer if one at all. Roof still leaks with no response and it’s been 2+ months and still no answer on gutters. Gutter companies are not backed up that long (verified). Among other things, very disappointing. If the office hustled as hard as the streets, they could be great.

100 percent scam artist, had them look at my roof and when they were done looking at it they said here's the estimate just sign here. When I asked why I had to sign for an estimate he seemed to get a little defensive, so I said ok but let me read it all before I sign and he kept saying you don't need to it's just an estimate. Well I'm glad I did look at it line by line because his "estimate" was actually a contract and was trying to trap me into using them. One line stating something along the lines of it I try to cancel I'll owe them money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, how dare you treat people in this manner I'm so happy my father taught me to never sign a thing until I have read everything. This type of stuff can put people in serious financial issues and they don't seem to care because they will get their money. SHAME ON YOU GORILLA! Karma will catch up and prayers to all the unfortunate people you have screwed.

We had Nicholas Ruiz come over and do an evaluation on our roof after several hail storms that happened in Melbourne. Nick was very thorough and assisted with the insurance adjuster in having our claim approved. Nick was professional and always available when I either called or text him for updates. As of 7/26/23 we are scheduled within the next 2 weeks to begin replacing the roof. Thus far, I am more than pleased with Nick's cooperation and assistance to make this happen. Would recommend Gorilla Roofing highly and especially Mr. Ruiz.

Gorilla Roofing has completed the work and a BIG SHOUT OUT to the crew who completed the work despite the rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any construction related roof issues. Special thanks to Nick Ruiz; Ernie & Chris for their quick responses. I was a bit worried about the "clean-up" afterwards but this crew is diligent and pays attention to details. Very Impressed.

While getting ready to sell our home, hurricane Nicole hit. We expected to have a major delay in getting our roof fixed. I saw Gorilla Roofing’s sign at the MI high school and called. David Saluter came the next day and determined a complete new roof was needed. A week later David met the adjuster from Citizen’s Insurance and a week later we had a check in our hands. We picked out a shingle color at Gorillas offices right on MI. From the first call to finish it took less than 5 weeks. We are still amazed at how quickly everything fell in place. I can’t say enough good things about Gorilla Roofing. If you’re selling your home and are on a tight schedule, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrible! All I have received from this company are excuses. Signed with them the week following Ian and still have NO IDEA when or if I can get a metal roof from them! Dishonest - nothing but excuses from this company. I will begin to pursue breaking my contract with them and start from scratch finding a roof company over 6 months after the hurricane. But they did send me a bill for a shingle roof (go figure). Ridiculous!

Since I posted this review, Kevin Koehler has been assigned to my roofing job. WOW! What a 360! He has been responsive, thorough, completely transparent and has restored my faith in this company. While the roof is still not totally complete, much work has been completed and I’m feeling much more confident that it WILL be finished soon. I will post another update after completion. I love their work, especially a group that is Danny's and Ana's, I love their work, thanks for my roof, it turned out beautiful.
