Wow! I didn't think something as boring as replacing broken blinds would be such a fun experience. Everyone I interacted with from Eric and Nick, to the installer was professional and extremely nice. I needed a specific type of blind installation that would withstand my pets, and Nick understood the assignment. I will be using Gotcha Covered going forward when replacing the other blinds throughout the house. We were able to complete the whole process in about 2 weeks and they kept me updated every step of the way. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Choosing window treatment is a daunting and tiring process. Fortunately I had Nick and Eric to lead me through it. On top of that, we accomplished this process long distance from New York. Nick listened and understood my needs and likes for my window coverage, sent me samples and guided me with cost projections. In short he saved me money. Eric did a fantastic job with measuring and installation.

My experience with this company was fantastic. Nick and Eric were just a pleasure to work with, friendly, energetic, and very knowledgeable. Once the shades were installed there was an issue with the measurements and they weren't sitting the way they were supposed to. Nick and Eric quickly took responsibility and ordered replacements. The replacements were installed yesterday and they are perfect.

Gotcha Covered of St. Pete and Clearwater are the greatest! Owners Nick, and Eric are a pleasure to work with, they are truly knowledgeable of all their products and have great perspective on what will work in your home. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are extremely easy to work with. The quality of our shutters is excellent, we have them in both bedrooms and living room. We were concerned that the shutters would let in too much light in the bedrooms, but no, it is like sleeping in a cave, no light at all.:) Their installer John is very professional, he completed the job in one day, removed the boxes and debris and left our home in perfect condition. When we have guests, they always ask us about the plantation shutters and admire them. One additional note, we have a dog and a cat, these shutters are extremely easy to clean with a damp cloth, so much nicer than fabric and they will not fade. Exceptional quality and a great company to deal with!

My wife and I were shopping for new window shades and contacted several local companies for quotes. Gotcha Covered had competitive prices, but what really won us over was their customer service.

From the first phone call, Nick & Eric were very friendly, professional, and communicative. They always got back to us quickly and clearly communicated what was happening (even sent us a e-calendar invites for meetings!).

They worked with us to find treatments that fit our home and our personal style, while being honest about the advantages and disadvantages of different options. They never pressured us to get more expensive options and were very supportive and encouraging of our final decisions.

Additionally, the installer, John, was great. He was very friendly and got the job done very quick (like we couldn't believe how fast) with little disruption to our day.
