GPS Genius Phone Service, Lakeland FL

Absolutely phenomenal service! My phone screen randomly went black and I couldn't access anything on my phone. I had numerous important files that were not backed up that I needed. I was assured that it could be fixed and they would do everything they could to do so. Not even a full 24 hours later the phone was fixed! They are extremely nice, great customer service, they go above and beyond and are fast and reliable. I will not go anywhere else for my phone needs!

My lock button was also broken, however the screen was my first priority. When I picked up the phone, after the screen was replaced, I was told that they were ordering my lock button and whenever I was free I could come back in and have it replaced. When I say they are extremely nice and go above and beyond, I mean it!

The prices were beyond fair and some of the best I found. I had consulted with two other, less reputable, stores before finding GPS and all of them were not as professional, were more expensive, and did not seem as reliable as GPS did. If any of you have an issue with your phone or need something repaired please do not go anywhere else!

Best place to go buy or repair absolutely polite people and very professional. I have been going to them for 1 year for any issue I have and don't regret any of my visits his prices are absolutely amazing and his service is fast and guaranteed.

10/10 I would highly recommend GPS for any phone service. Always fast, friendly and fairly priced.

These guys are the very best that Lakeland has to offer. I went there to get my screen replace on my phone then one of the guys told me that my phone was going to be done in 40 minutes, so he told me to sit down and wait. Not even 20 minutes later he comes with my phone looking like new. I came to the store because of the reviews that everybody wrote and their service and prices are exactly what everyone mentions so if you need to get your phone fixed don't hesitate twice to come to this store. They deserve 10 stars but Google only allows 5 stars! Go check them out you won't regret it

The same as you break it we fix it cell phone or whatever not good everybody was pricey if they even had it in stock if they can even get it

These guys are awesome. Had a water damaged iPhone and they fixed it quickly and for a decent price and were super friendly.

I boiled my phone in my salt water hot tub by accident. I foolishly tried to take it apart and fix it myself but while reading up on how to repair it was clear salt water was going to be a hard thing to come back from. But I remembered I had a phone (Google pixel 4xl) that had been in my closet for 2 years that may have been an easier fix. I ordered a battery replacement and tool kit to repair and was able to replace the battery

However.

The battery cable was not fitting into it's designated motherboard and I couldn't find out why. Batteries and Bulbs plus recommended GPS genius for the pics I sent in. I gave him a call and I sent him the photos and he immediately said bring it in, the pieces are bent. He was able to fix it and it works perfectly. I'm sick that I've been paying for brand new phones when I could've just been taking the phones to him. He was very professional, kind, and serviceable. His shop is very clean and has a great setup. I will DEFINITELY be returning for any other issues that I may have in the future and highly recommend.
