Been using the weekly service for a few months now. There was a mishap where one of the technicians damaged my screen door. I was disappointed the tech didn't let me know, since he knew I was home, and the entire incident was on camera. I contacted the land o lakes store and spoke to Taylor who immediately contacted the owners. They sent Rob over who looked at the damage, went to find parts and returned right away. Everything went smooth until the very end when one last piece didn't fit. After I was able to locate the parts I let Taylor know. Rob then picked them up and rectified the problem.
It's refreshing to see a company take ownership of an issue and fix it. Taylor's attitude and prompt attention was outstanding. Rob was very personable and represented the company in an extremely professional manner. To be honest if not for his professionalism and demeanor, I probably would have stopped using them.

Exactly the type of store you need. Nothing extra just good quality service and supplies. Staff always friendly and helpful. They are not just a store but a full service pool company. They were able to install a safety rail for me, quickly and professionally!

Had to have much of my pool automation replaced after a lightning strike. Decided to use GPS Pools since they seemed to be more knowledgeable and responsive than other local companies.
Rob, the technician, came out to on-time and quickly fixed all the issues. He helped walk me through everything that was replaced and brought my pool back to full functioning. I highly recommend him and GPS Pools on Land O Lakes Blvd.

GPS just finished our pool resurfacing and what a great job they did! My wife and I are very happy with the results and especially with the quality of the people who do the work. It all started with Glen who gave us a detailed itemized quote that allowed us to pick and choose the options. We visited the Land O Lakes store and the staff there helped us decide on colors, tile and rail options, very professional and friendly. Preston was a huge help and followed the job from beginning to end, our project manager! Isaiah prepped the pool for resurfacing and I can't say enough good things about this young man. Very professional and hard working, he never stopped on the brutally hot day and always had a smile and a kind word. The resurfacing crew was also hard working and never stopped all day. They are top notch, worked hard cleaned up and friendly. Preston was back today to start up the pool and gave me some much needed pointers. I really appreciate the help and he said we could always call him if we had a question. We still have a little more work to do but the pool already looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend GPS to anyone who needs pool work done.

We have been using GPS Pools for s couple years now, and they have always been honest, fair, thorough, and dependable.

They have been really great to work with, they come out and service our pool each week, and send em email after completing each weekly service. I'm the emails, they include chemical testing levels, what service was completed, and photos of the pool and equipment.

GPS Pools went above and beyond with installing our pool pump today.

The technician got to learn some new info and techniques with setting up automation for a variable speed system from another GPS Pool technician.

Both technicians were very professional, friendly, patient with my questions, and clearly explained things to me.

The completed installation looks great, and I want to thank the GPS technician for his great service today.

Service work was Great! As a past HVAC ownerI know great Customer Service when it happens. Rob was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining what he was going to do and why. The office staff has Great Customer Service as well. I highly recommend GPS Pools and will continue to use them for my pool needs.

We recently had our pool resurfed. GPS came out gave us a fair estimate, and didn't try to sell us a bunch of nonsense we didn't need. We scheduled a date to start, they were on time and communicated with us the entire time. They have followed up after the job was completed. They have been fantastic all the way through.

Rob showed up on time and had my new pool pump installed and running before I knew it! He answered all of my questions regarding the pump and my solar heater. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Great job!

I recently resurfaced my swimming pool and I definitely recommend this company if you need this type of service. Jeremy is very responsive, polite, and professional. He has been available any time I needed to confirm all the project steps and guide me thru it. We had great communication from day one until the final results and follow-up to make sure I have all the support needed during the start-up. Rob and the team have come out twice once to repair and a second time to ensure our equipment was working properly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. Rob answered all of my questions. We were very pleased with the entire team at this location. Even when we go into the store. Chris is very welcoming and always says hello to my kids. Everyone is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them

I've been using GPS Pools for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier! GPS as a company is great, but for me, it's all about the Technicians they hire, they are the face of the company. My tech, Mark, is an outstanding guy! He looks after every aspect of my pool, and I feel he takes care of it as though it were his own. He's always friendly and polite, plus he takes time to explain any issues that come up and how he's going to resolve them. Thank You, GPS, and pass along kudos to Mark!

By far the worst pool company. Have had nothing but issues with them. Do yourself a favor and continue your search elsewhere
