G&R Doors, Windows & Roofing, Medley FL

I truly wanted to give them 5 stars because the quality of our doors and windows are amazing but the snafus that happened made me downgrade them to 3 stars. When we placed our order we were specific that we didn't want certain doors or windows to have tinted glass. Those orders were never complied with as we were assured by the sales rep that he was noting all of our requests. We waited for months to get our delivery and when they came, we realized all of our windows had tint. This made my most beautiful view to my backyard look grey and gloomy. It was apparently our fault because we signed the paperwork without the sales rep first writing his notes. Lesson learned! The manager tried to make some amends but I got stuck with an order that I didn't want and now my home looks darker than before. READ YOUR CONTRACT!

Excelente service, the work was done in less time and our doors and window s look like new. Thanks for your work

The team arrived early at 8 am. Organized and prepared. They covered everything with plastic. Swept and vacuumed. Took all debris. Very grateful and satisfied. Job well done extremely happy with G&R team! EDITING because they returned to my home and did my roof. My home look beautiful and as always the team was OUTSTANDING. Thank you Ricky and Team.

This G&R company is quick to make the contract and they give you the best service until you sign the contract, then you have to drop them behind to put the doors and windows in. I signed my contract in November 2022, they put the windows and doors in March 2023 And I've been calling for 5 months to finish my job and what they know is that they don't have staff, the paper they put on the glass for privacy has become horrible, water got in through one of the windows, the Cover inside is missing from the front door. To tell the truth I do not recommend them. Do not be fooled, everything is advertising because they pay a commission to the one they recommend and in my case, without knowing that they were so informal and that they worked so badly, I recommended someone and I regret it.

On 6/22/22 we signed the agreement for are windows and doors.

Today is 5/13/2023 amazing 1year later and still have to deal with this unprofessional company.

I had called this company, two days after signing contract and asked to please remove the arches of the order. They refused, that the order was already placed, and they contacted their attorneys to attack me l!

When installers were sent, and I started speaking with them, they had only started installing windows and doors for two weeks (this was after half the job was done) when I realized the damages they we're causing I was very upset.

Our sliding doors came with the wrong handles, they ordered new ones and they were still the wrong ones " Amazing ".

G&R send out a professional crew for 1 day and the next day sent us back same unprofessional rookie that originally installed our doors and windows that caused all issues.

Unbelievable!

Front door is not adjusted properly and not flushed with floor, causing a trip hazard.

G&R doors lack customer care/service, they barely answer the phone, mostly text and if we're lucky they reply within 2 weeks time sometimes more, they installed a broken glass

I’m very pleased with my new tile roof. G&R offered me a competitive price and were very organized with their work. Ariel, the seller was very professional and responsive. Adriana and Raimary the permit clerks, were very careful with the paperwork and also helped me chose the tiles that would be more appropriate for my case when changes were needed. They were all very friendly and helpful. The roofing crews worked respectfully and quickly.

Came across G&R Doors advertising via Instagram and immediately contacted them. I was advised I would be contacted by salesman
Alejandro G.and that same afternoon we spoke and set up an Appointment. Alejandro showed up for our appointment and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was extremely helpful and he wasn’t pushing a sale, instead he was helping us make a very important decision for our home.

Installation day came and again it was a great experience. The 2 guys they sent were great, professional craftsmen and friendly. They knew what they were doing and it was obvious they worked well together and kept us informed as they progressed. When it was time to install doors, they asked us to come and see what the door height should be, with their expertise and a couple throw rug test for clearance, all agreed and they went forward.

The installation went smooth, professional and well done. Workmanship could not have been better, the fit and finish and operation of all doors and windows is what you would hope for and thankfully we got it.

Job was completed on schedule and we are enjoying the finished project.

I have had a very bad experience with this company, a lot of disorder, little seriousness, non-compliance with dates in terms of installation, finished work, and poor service and treatment of the responsible vendors, etc.for the clients. They want to threaten you with taking you to court to sign documents without having finished the job. In short, I do not recommend it.

It has been a horrible experience, they promised me the windows and doors in three months and I paid for a more expensive product because the seller Ariel told me that it would arrive faster and it took 7 months now I have called a thousand times to put the covers inside and nobody listens to me.this is awful.
