Did a tour with them and they told us they are dcf certified, come to find out that's a lie, they also lied about their cameras. Stay away from them. Seems like shady place.

Update to the response from grace
You are not registered with dcf and or have any inspections by them or any certifications, you already lied to me once so everyting ealse you say in my eyes it's a lie.it's easily to check on dcf website. Good try tho.

We are having a great experience with grace. Declan is thriving and at three knows all his letters, counts to 100 and is starting to spell his name. Thank you Grace teachers!

It is a wonderful place for my son. Every day before going to sleep he asks me if there is school tomorrow haha. He wakes up happy and there is no better qualification than what a child gives with his sincerity.

My son went here 10 years ago and loved it and now my daughter attends this daycare and loves it as well! It’s one of the more affordable places in the area and the kids love it, a win win!

Our children have gone to this school for yrs now after I did much research locally prior to enrolling them after getting out of the military so I know how hard it is to find great child care so a mother can breathe easy and work to provide. I’m honored to say that my children go to Grace and are thriving dally. Thank you so much Grace again for all you do!

I really wanted to love this place, the reasonable rates and everything they offer for other children it has the potential to be a great facility. However, I cannot speak for any other classroom besides the infant room. If you are thinking of bringing your infant here please dont walk, run far away from this facility.
The infant room does not have enough staff, there is a language barrier so it’s difficult to communicate to the ladies who have been watching your children all day, and they inappropriately document on the procare app about your childs activity for the day. One room attendant has long fake nails which is a safety concern, especially around infants. Ive walked in numerous times for pickups to teachers gossiping in the front office. One of the managers openly was talking poorly about a different teacher to my face.

The final straw for me was when I came to pick up my 2 1/2 month old and I found him in a swing with a blanket FULLY covering his head, face and body and he was THRASHING his head trying to get it off. One room attendant was sitting in a rocking chair not paying attention and another had her back turned on her phone. When I brought this up to the supervisor at the front office she rolled her eyes and said “i dont know what those girls are doing in there” (how comforting) and went to go speak with them. The next morning the lead teacher told me she spoke with the ladies and told them that cant happen again (if they were properly trained it wouldve never happened) and said he finds “comfort” with a blanket against his cheek and he must of pulled it over his face. To which I replied how he doesnt have arm control hes 2 months old. They didnt have an answer. When I asked her to check the cameras to see how long it was on his face she told me the cameras “dont record they are only a live feed”. So two people in my sons room weren’t paying attention or the people at the front desk where the live feed is.
They allow the babies to sleep in swings and bouncer chairs instead of on their backs in their cribs. They dont follow safety standards or regulations and they dont have to because they are a religious affiliated facility.

The owners any times there's a problem with a child or the cleanliness of the facility, they directly take it out on the family. Instead of taking the constructive criticism to find an actual solution. They treat parents unfairly, when giving their honest feedback. Very defensive and hostile.

This is my daughter's first experience at a daycare/school. She's three years old. She's been going here for over a month now. She's really happy to go there and always happy when I pick her up. They send me pictures throughout the day. I'm comfortable leaving her here!

They are people who discriminate based on language and the teaching staff is poorly qualified, it is a pity that it is based on only appearances. I honestly don't recommend it.

My children have gone here for almost 2 years. Last week on Friday we were told at pick up (not a phone call) if our daughters tantrums keep up she will not be allowed to come back to Grace community. On Tuesday we received another notice of her tantrums and threats of not being allowed back at that school. Wednesday I wrote a letter through the app explaining that this situation is bothersome. Two threats in less than a week, to change my 2 year olds ‘attitude’. It’s hard to see a change in a 4 day time span with a 2 year old. Rachel asked us to call in to discuss this and when we called she stated how well my daughter did. How she was great and cooperative. Complete 180 degree turn. Nothing was discussed about working with us to help with her tantrums or to make a game plan. Friday there was another ‘tantrum’ that busted a teachers lip. How is still curious as she is a tiny little thing whom we have never had any incident of striking anyone. Now my daughter can’t return until she’s through this ‘phase’. I am in no way downplaying my daughters tantrums. I just think that the lack of patience and understanding is unacceptable for the daycare. Maybe if there was a smaller student to teacher ratio they would have been able to work with the parents instead of just kicking a student out. Especially when it’s so important to be able to work so our children have a roof over there heads. I believe Rachel lacks compassion. She didn’t even have the decency to come to the office to talk about it when I picked up my children. Those simple decisions to make it easier by expelling my child has opened up the door to having to leave my place of employment indefinitely.
