I was extremely disheartened by my experience here. Very long wait times to approve applications, poor responsiveness over the phone and the cherry on top was the RUDE demeaning staff member named Dorothy at the front desk. She scoffed at me when I came in person to check the status of my application and told me I “obviously didn’t know how it worked there”. She handed me a complaint slip and told me to “express my frustrations” on the slip. Don’t waste your time going here. Go somewhere they care about patient treatment.

Some woman, I think her name is Michelle, was incredibly rude and bigoted towards my mother. And my mother wasn’t even able to speak back properly because of linguistic differences. Michelle has no sense of how to treat people and my mother also saw Michelle treating her employees like garbage. If you’re going to work in a client-interfacing role, you need to learn to be a decent person. I don’t know who hired her, but that was a bad choice. And if you work for her, I’m sincerely sorry for you.
