A company that really takes advantage of consumers by charging ridiculously high prices for a product that isn't available by competitors.

I’ve had a bad experience with gradimages. Why would my university hire this company seriously such bad quality pictures. I ordered one picture only and that one picture arrived super blurry. They can’t get away with this as they think they will but I emailed them right away and definitely asked for a refund. On top of that my graduation gown was blue and sadly the background was blue as well the same color. That gives me pictures of just my face literally like if it’s floating in the air. Ridiculous and they can’t even change the background color like I had asked them to do.

Had an issue downloading imagine but their customer service representative was very kind and helpful.

Predatory company. $100 for a digital company of my own grad pics? $21 for a single 8x10 plus $10 shipping.

This is outrageously expensive for absolutely no reason. They’re gouging people who just want to have memories of their life events. Why is one 5x7 photo $10? And then they charge me $8.25 on top of that to ship TWO 5x7 photos that weigh NOTHING. Such a ridiculous scam.

Ridiculous prices! Rip off prices! It takes forever to receive your pictures (although you pay for shipping.) Again, you don't get anything for your money. Quality on samples are NOT CLEAR so I'm praying for a better finish.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve had an excellent experience with Gradimages. I ordered on June 5th the mix and match supreme package. The prints and commencement plaque arrived quickly (June 9th) and very well packaged. The quality of the pictures is very good (I did not ask for any touch up nor did I order the glossy finish). The Gif story is a very nice addition that Gradimages gifted with the package. Overall very satisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Needed an address change. They told me I had to cancel my order and redo everything. And wait even longer to get my order. I will never shop here again and will also tell my school to rethink hiring them. Upgrade your systems this is horrible.

Price is a robbery, just crazy pricing. I would've spent more money if they had better prices for the products

SCAMMER! THEY ARE GIVING YOU EXTORSION PRICING FOR GRAD PICS, PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AFTER THAT! This kind of service company made graduation memory not important anymore

Horrible graduation pictures. So glad they didn’t ask for payment ahead of time. I can’t believe the schools use them. They rush the students, and when they snap the pic their cords are floating in the air and my son had no hands in his pics.

Horribly priced photos. You pay $45 to DOWNLOAD a single picture, which is also in bad quality. Trust me, never go to this company for anything.

Very surprised my son's school went with this company. We paid $50 for only a few photos. They arrived in the mail in a SOFT PAPER ENVELOPE. EVERY SINGLE PHOTO WAS BENT. For the price we paid, there is nothing to make us feel like it was worth it.

Don’t promise customers photos within 24 hours and still have them waiting two weeks later for results. Horrible company. Can’t even properly search on their website. So glad I took my own pictures! And then they spam you with emails advertising other services that nobody wants. Yeah, no thanks!

Low quality & low effort pictures all for the LOW LOW price of $100 PLUS dollars.

TO UNIVESITIES: Do better. If you are going to give one company an exclusive right to take pictures for your students, get something with quality.

TO STUDENTS & FAMILIES: Don't pay for mediocrity. Especially when your modern phones can take pictures of equal or better quality.

The prices and shipping charges are outrageously high! The company has a monopoly in this market so they are able to price gauge without any fear of competition. Almost $9 to ship four 5 x 7 prints is beyond ridiculous. The "handling" charges should be included in the price of the packages, which is already sky high!
