Grady Brown Park reviews
18 Nice park.very well maintained. Nice boat ramp with some slips. Adequate boat trailer parking
Beautiful view of the Bay looking south.
This is a fairly new park, and even recently, redone boat ramp (2023). However, with a south wind of any kind, the boat ramp is difficult to use. Other facilities are great, especially if the trash has been cleaned up. Great park to get in the water to stay cool when there are double red beach safety flags on the Gulf.
Great county park, newly rebuilt boat ramps and docks. Easy access to bay. No boat launching fee.
Great place to launch your boat, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, large grass area to have a picnic with the family and even a sandy, swimable beach
Nice place to spend the day with the kids and family, grills, shade bathrooms and boat ramps.s
Eow its cme long w4y wh4t 4 diffrent i remeber when thier w4s s house thier th4nk u freeport
Absolutely love the refurbished park and all the facilities. Great place for families to enjoy the new expanded beach.
I wanted to take my dog for a walk. It was kinda unclear if "pets" are allowed in the park or the beach area.
Either way the park is very nice. It has the beach area, drop off for kayaks & boat ramp. Its very pleasant. Great to relax and catch a sunset.
Plenty of seating and picnic benches. Also grills are available and most importantly restrooms are clean.
Really disappointed with the big sign that says that my dog is not welcome. We have been coming to this spot for quite a few years.
Love it here. I was three days old 45 years ago when I first went in the bay with my grandmother. I've been coming here all my life. This is the best I've ever seen it. 5 stars#
This little neighborhood park just had some renovations and it's better than ever! Sunsets here are amazing! Great place for families and kids. You can swim, picnic and barbecue. Restrooms and park are clean and well maintained, and Old Glory flies in all her beauty.
New park with beautifully sodded grass and picnic facilities and boat launches. And new restroom facilities.
Long over due park on the north side of the Bay. Absolutely gorgeous. Cleaned and maintained daily!
It would be great if this was updated by Wallton to say CLOSED till May 2023. Dont Parks people get paid? Also, beats me how it's "busier than usual" when it's closed
Great clean park as public restrooms which are always clean and boat ramps and a small area to sun bathe
Plus a small play found for the kiddos
Boat docks need bumpers around them to make it safer fore boats and loading other than that it is awesome.
Would be a 5 star park if the would fix the boat sinking rocks that are just under the water surface. They did add warning sign for outgoing traffic, in coming not so much. Luckily I'm a local and use it often so I know where to go. If you launch your boat there BE AWARE OF THIS DANGER
Love this park. We enjoy going here as locals because it is normally quiet and not overrun with tourists
