Good customer service, no complaints about it but the service itself leaves a lot to be desired.
I have used this agency twice, in the first I sent 5 electrical appliances, 4 of them arrived completely broken, not to mention that it took 3 months, it was claimed at the agency and they asked us to do it on the Cuban post office website, which we did not do, well, okay more time than lost.
In the second package, almost three months and here they tell us that it arrived at the Ciego de Ávila post office and there they say that it does not even appear in the system in Havana.
Last time I use them and I do not recommend them to anyone unless they want to have a good service at the front desk, just that.

I really like this agency for its services and customer treatment, for its understanding and patience. I have been making shipments to Cuba for a long time and it is always the same, I recommend it to anyone who needs it.
