Gran Forno Bakery reviews
15The place needs a lot of cleanliness Dirty bathroom without soap Dirty floors so as not to trust food
Good panini, excellent service! We found this bakery yesterday and came back again today. Love this place.
Loved loved loved this place. Such a European atmosphere. I wanted to eat everything in there. Unfortunately couldn't. But what we've tried was extremely delicious. Highly recommend this place.
Considering there aren't many other bakeries in the area, this is where you can get your fresh baked bread loaves. Although, I had a pastry here and it wasn't cooked enough and I bit into a mouth full of flour. Unpleasant.
Best bread in town as they deliver to a large majority of the restaurants. Coffee excellent. Sandwich great. Farther up on Las olas they have a small, Italian restaurant with music and it has covered outdoor seating.
Reviews by a local for over 60 years. No fluff just the stuff so you don’t waste your money.
Great sandwiches and bread, it was so fresh I can’t wait to come back! It’s very authentic Italian this is a must have on Las Olas!
The bread with walnuts and raisins is Awesome. Capuchino ir great and buttery croissant too.
The bread is so good you could eat the whole loaf! Lots of different choices. The staff were super helpful walking me through all the options.
Went to try out cannolis, the employee squeezed the pre-made custard out of a bag and before she did so, there was a mysterious liquid she had to squeeze out first. The pastry shell for the cannoli was okay but the custard was liquidy and toxically sweet. It also just tasted horrible. OVERPRICED! $10 a piece plus tax! Jesus Christ. Never coming back.
Yesterday a worker dropped bread on the floor and put it back in the basket. I wonder what else they're doing when no one is watching. It's a shame too because they make the best chiabatta bread but now I don't think i can trust this place.
Everything is fresh and good, BUT I don’t like when I see dog’s coming in, owners who doesn’t care about people who’s eating, no respect and really gross, people have to understand dogs are not humans, Mr.owner some people are allergic and don’t want to see dog hair and smell dog, inside a very prestige bakery, think about it.
This is hands down one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. Their paninis are great. So are the croissant. The staff is friendly and will remember you over time. If you get there in the morning it will definitely be very busy. In midday or before close it’s empty so it’s the best time to go. This place is definitely a no rush zone, so you might need a few minutes in there. Definitely recommend
I drive 44 miles every week just to buy bread here. The Ciabatta is amazing and the panini are a delight as well as a meal in themselves. Staff friendly and just consistently great!
Colina was amazing great service awesome coffee. What an excellent way to enjoy the morning great food great service and wonderful environment. Alex is a great Baker and is the Heart of the operation. What a pleasure to meet such a great team. I must admit the expresso was good and also the pizza, cant wait to try the Lasagna.
Bread is amazing. Don't get the coffee is terrible. Just go there for the bread, especially when it is warm.
