They’re liars about deceivers! They’re being deceived about prices.

And when you leave, they’ll charge $200 or more for you for NOTHING!
I haven’t had that such bad experience in my life!

Well-located hotel, good food, cleanliness is absolutely deficient, although you ask them several times to do the piece and they simply don't do it.
The attention at the front desk, friendly but inefficient, does not solve anything.
But the very bad point is the dirt

Really good hotel overall! The CONS: We went to miami for spring break so we weren't expecting high class service because of the high volume time period. I'm glad I prepared for that, because the service wasn't great. It took us about 1 hour in total (waiting in line, problems with reservation etc) to check in, but like I said I was prepared for that. Once we got to the room, we didn't have a couch (only a chair) in our hotel but after a long day of travel we didn't really care about the fine details. Service at the restaurants and bars also took a long time, but AGAIN it was spring break and we were prepared for that! No worries there, just maybe go somewhere else if you are wanting amazing, fast service if you are traveling during a high volume time period. The PROS: The beach is AMAZING! Again we went in March and the water and beach were immaculate! They took care of the beach every morning and had a water/lounge chair service on the beach. The location was good too. BUT BE CAREFUL if you are wanting to go to South Beach or Downtown Miami constantly, this might not be for you. It's pretty far down the strip and more into Miami Beach. Definitely NOT walkable; we walked one time to south beach because the uber price was ridiculous and it took us about 1 hour to get to South Beach. So just keep that in mind; staying here you will be using ubers/taxis all the time. Another plus is that the room (besides no couch) was amazing! It was the largest room we could find in Miami for the price! It had a living room, 2 queen beds, 2 large closets, 2 desks with chairs and a huge bathroom. Me and my friends felt very spaced out and we weren't stacked on top of each other when getting ready or sleeping! Perfect view, very clean, and stocked amenities; yes this should be the standard but worth mentioning! Overall a great vacation! We would definitely go back!

Excellent Hotel! My 5 stay at Grand Beach! Spacious room, very clean, always renovated, beach service and very good restaurant! Facing the sea, I feel at home when I stay at the hotel. Thank you Catalina, Yuri, beach team who are always on hand! Anything I needed was attended to promptly. I'll be back soon!

The level of Chlorine (chemical) the pools and jacuzzis have is awful and probably dangerous. My family and I went for a day pass to celebrate my birthday. Once we got back home, we had to wash up hard to get rid (hardly) of the chlorine odor all over our body, our skin was dry and itchy, and our hair was dehydrated as well. I love their pool area, but this issue must be considered seriously, as someone can harm its health.

The rooms are nice, business style, not very family friendly. The views of the coast are beautiful, they have a gym, swimming pools, a place to sunbathe, cleaning services and meals, all included. In general guidelines all inclusive. I recommend

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. One of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. The valet “manager” has no respect and super unprofessional. Walking up to guest telling them to hand keys in a demanding way. They scratched my steering wheel with other car keys as they moved my Lamborghini for absolutely no reason just to put up a photo/video of himself driving my car on his personal Instagram.

I had reported the damages to YURI the manager on duty and he had advised me to make a incident report & he will provide me with the hotels insurance information within 24hrs.

After 3 weeks no report number no phones. I was chasing them to get some information. I returned back to the hotel after 3 weeks and finally got a hold of the hotel manager. Kenner Elizalde a man who has absolutely no respect or thought about what had happen. First thing he tells me “ this didn’t happen here” “ we are not doing/paying for anything”

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. They’re super unprofessional.

Enjoyed my stay until the last day when hotel staff were disrespectful and condescending for a mistake on THEIR own end.

Chris at the front desk has no buisness being in customer service, He was extremely rude and borderline combative for a simple mistake that eventually was found out to be on the hotels end.

If i come back to Miami it will not be here.

Everything was excellent value for money. Very good facilities and nice place. But on Sunday 06/18 a manager attended us to do the checkout who treated us very badly! Because we request the invoice detail!

I had a bad experience with some Receptionists who showed mockery to the questions asked by my husband and with zero desire to understand/help the guest. We were staying with more family than friends and everyone brought the negative experience in that regard. A shame as it's not cheap at all and a place I love.

There was hair in the bathtub and some lamps in the room did not work.

I recently had the unpleasant experience of staying at the Grand Beach Hotel and it was nothing but a nightmare. We booked a 2 bedroom hotel online, which was advertised as having doors, but to our surprise, there were no doors in the room. This is grossly misleading and completely unacceptable. Additionally, the balconies did not have door locks, which put us in a dangerous situation with four kids under the age of six who could easily walk out to the balcony.

When we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, they sent a maintenance worker to fix the lock, but he was unable to do so. We were left in a precarious situation with no solution provided by the hotel staff. We packed up and left the hotel at 9: 30 pm, but to our dismay, the hotel staff did not even offer to help us put our luggage back in the car. It’s as if they were AGAINST having children in their hotel.

After the incident, we tried to get in touch with the hotel management for four days to get a refund, but to no avail. Despite repeated calls and messages, we did not receive any response from the hotel management. When we finally managed to get in touch with the manager after three days of constant calling, they promised to call us back but never did.

This was a horrible experience for us, and we strongly advise against staying at the Grand Beach Hotel. The management is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive, and the hotel facilities are misleading and dangerous. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I have been in this hotel before, but never had such a great experience like my last visit. Not sure if the hotel is under new management but I noticed many changes and they were all for the better. Extremely kind and friendly staff, beautiful and clean hotel. Fast check in. Amazing suites ocean view, spacious and confortable. The restaurant was renovated and it looks great, the food is very good.
Tip: if you are a local, get an uber to the hotel, the parking is expensive.

Room for improvement:
- I would like to see the share screen actually working on the tvs, it gets kind of lonely in the room without access to Youtube or Netflix.
- Also, as a positive feedback, the beach staff most be careful when talking between each other, I catch them many times using vulgar words in Spanish. They most understand that even when the guests are speaking in english, many of them also speak Spanish. It is Miami after all.

I recently stayed at this hotel this past weekend and was very excited, however many things went wrong. When we arrived at the hotel we upgraded our room since ours that we booked was not ready. When we walked into the room it smelled of mold and mildew and the thermostat was at 85. We tried turning it down and it did not work, we alerted the front desk when we went downstairs and told them that we would like it fixed and our phone since the phone was also broken. When we got back up to the room after three hours, both were still not fixed. After going down a second time our air was fixed but not our phone. The room however did not stay cool and continued to rise back up to 79 degrees. When we woke in the morning water was dripping from the air vent and we told the front desk who asked if we left the door open, which we did not. They sent someone up who opened the air vent and tons of water poured out and got on our bag and shoes, the hotel did nothing about this and did not offer a changed room. I attached pictures below. I am very sad as I was very excited to stay at this property.

Perfect location and amenities. Clean, updated rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Close to everything, restaurants, local attractions and beach access with running track.

Beautiful view both towards the sea and towards the canal with all the yachts. Very good location, very comfortable, beautiful pools.

Location location location! This hotel is located in a great spot in Miami. The pool is nice and clean, te rooms are clean and comfortable, but the food and drinks will be very very expensive. I would recommend this place for sure. But there are better hotels in the area.

Lotions shampoo and conditioner they provide smell disgusting, very expensive for no reason. Absolutely not recommended!

The Grand Beach Hotel is a lovely stay in the center of Mid Miami Beach. The spaces are beautifully bright and airy, decorated nicely and well maintained. They offer great amenities for beaching, pool lounging, and fitness.

The rooms are beautiful and clean.

As with any Miami hotel, expect to overpay for coffee and food.
