Grand Kitchen and Bath, St. Petersburg FL

We have a condo on St Pete Beach, and we used Grand Kitchen and Bath to do our bathroom remodel - they did a great job! The owner Santiago is directly involved, and he and his team did exactly what they said they were going to do. Santiago was very responsive from beginning to end and whenever we had questions, he always provided immediate feedback and follow up. I will use them again for my future remodel needs and highly recommend them.

Santiago and his crew at Grand Kitchen & Bath provided a stress-free experience from planning to project completion. We renovated our master bath including tile flooring, shower, fixtures, and glass enclosure. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner by skilled tradesmen. Are we hired Grand Kitchen & Bath to do a remodel of one of our bathrooms. Meeting with them to discuss the beginning stages, was very professional, and they worked with us and combining all of our ideas for fixtures, fitting, tile, and color.

They were prompt, and they said that they were going to come out to the house, they communicated with us about a schedule and payment schedule. I feel. Their work was very professional, precise, and organized.

It took me a few years to decide how and what I wanted in my kitchen, and when I was ready to move forward I went to shop around in a few places before I hired Grand Kitchen & Bath! The quality of the cabinets, and the installation was superb! From beginning to end the owners were always on top of everything pushing to accommodate as fastest they could the cabinets, the quartz, etc. They have an extensive variety of pulls, handles, and kitchen hardware.
They were very creative on ways to make things work!
Their prices are very fair and competitive. I will recommend them to my clients, friends and family for sure!

GK&B remodeled our kitchen and our guest bathroom. The owners are incredibly pleasant, professional and detailed oriented. Their responsiveness is what makes the difference vs.dealing with "big box shops" where you have to navigate nonsensical options for 10 minutes over the phone, just to end up getting a voicemail that nobody checks. These guys will pick up, or call you back ASAP. They made sure everything was to our liking throughout the process and their crew did a great job with our kitchen. Highly recommended!

They ignored me. I tried calling more than twice. The first time I called, they picked up the phone only to hang up on me after greeting the person on the other side. I tried calling again and still no answer. Never thought a business would just push people away like that.

10/10! Extremely happy with our experience start to end. Grand Kitchen gave us a reasonable price for our kitchen remodel and a reasonable time frame. These guys actually show up when they say they will! The job was completed in the agreed upon time frame and there were no surprises along the way. Our kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous. Would use them again in the future without hesitation.

We had a complete bathroom remodel done of our 1950's home. Our experience with Grand Kitchen and Bath was a very positive one. Very attentive, on-time, and responsive to needs throughout the bath remodeling process.
Santiago was in touch via email and text throughout the remodel. All his workers were very skilled and talented from the demo to the finished product, especially Pavel, who was always on time and pleasure to work with.

We used Grand Kitchen and Bath to remodel our 1957 main bathroom. The short review is, we would use them again. The question is why.

First Santiago was easy to work with. His showroom illustrates the typical work Grand does and there are sample cabinets, tile, counter top materials, and other parts they use. He knows what he has and what he can get. That makes it easy to choose the level of remodel you want within the budget you have. He and his team create drawings that show how the remodeled room will look and what it will cost to complete it.

When the remodel began his carpenter, installer Pavel put in temporary floor protection before the demolition started. The demolition took about a day and a half. All waste was neatly removed, piled on the driveway and taken away within a day. At the end of each work day tools were put away and the floor was vacuumed. There was little disruption to the house or our life. Pavel was easy to work with and did excellent work.

Santiago uses a number of excellent subcontractors for tiling, cabinet installation, countertop installation, plumbing, and glass installation. All easy to work with and very competent.

Taken together this was an easy remodel with a great outcome. That's why we would use Grand Kitchen and Bath again.

Santiago was very easy to work with and was especially flexible on timing. He took the time to understand our wishes and his team installed our dishwasher in line with expectations.

GARND Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job. They worked well together coming up with a layout that would make the kitchen more spacious and functional.
Any small issues that came up, was dealt with in a calm and timely manner. Santiago kept us posted with updates for the next day. This made planning our daily responsibilities around the contractors easy, the work area was cleaned each day making it livable.

Grand Kitchen and bath totally rebuilt the master bathroom in our 1925 house. They ripped everything out to the studs and rebuilt according to their design. This is an old house so nothing level or square. They worked with us throughout from design to final painting. We are very pleased with the final product and highly recommend them. The construction was led by Pavel, whose attention to detail and workmanship were A+. Santiago, the owner, was very responsive and addressed the few small unexpected problems (did I mention this was a house built in 1925?) quickly and to our satisfaction.
