Joel is amazing! Great attention to details. He knew what was the issue right away and immediately started working on fixing it.
***This property and its staff just gets better and better Tanya my leasing consultant is absolutely the best. She pays attention to details and make sure you're well taken care of. Update. Jay has been out to help fix various things he's very attentive and reliable.

This review is for Samir Jose! I really thought my service request was not going to be addressed for a few days. I was so happy to get that knock on my door. Samir was amazing and addressed all issues very quickly.

When I first moved into my apartment two months ago, I noticed a concerning mold odor and immediately reported it to management. They sent an air technician to conduct an air quality test, but unfortunately, I never received the results of the test, and I remained unsure whether the mold issue was properly addressed.

Three weeks later, I discovered a water leak in one of the rooms that was not noticeable until the guest room started being used. This issue has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine, and I have been unable to use the room as intended.

Despite raising these issues with management for over two weeks, I have not received satisfactory responses or resolutions. I feel frustrated and ignored, especially since I am still paying rent as usual while not being able to fully use my apartment.

All of my interactions with management have been documented, and I have proof of the damages inside of the apartment as well as the inspections conducted.

I am deeply concerned about the water seeping through the floor in the apartment, and I want to emphasize the severity of this issue. It is not just a problem that affects my living space, but it could also potentially jeopardize the foundation of the building.

Water damage can cause significant structural problems if not addressed promptly. If the water continues to seep through the floor, it can weaken the foundation and cause irreparable damage to the building. Additionally, the damp environment created by the water can lead to mold growth, which can be hazardous to one's health.

The only solution that has been provided for the wet floor due to the leak and the drywall was a fan and some caulking on the outside wall, which is not an adequate solution for the extent of the damage. This solution has not addressed the root cause of the problem and has not prevented further damage to the apartment.

I have already reported this issue to management and have requested immediate action to address it. However, the last response I received was to seek legal counsel and not contact them again but address their headquarters, which I have done.

It is essential to highlight the potential consequences of not addressing the issue, as it can have serious implications for both the building and the safety of its tenants.

I hope that headquarters will take this matter more seriously and address the issue as soon as possible to prevent any further damage to the building and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all tenants.

I'm delighted that new management is composed of a group of friendly, respectful, innovative and reflective people. One of them is Amber. She is caring, motivated while maintaining her professionalism and southern hospitality only seeing in classic movies. A few weeks ago, I called the office to let them know my dryer broke down, mind you I didn't leave a message. I received a text from the office wanted to know how they can help because they actually checked their phones for missing calls! I told them about the dryer on a Monday and by Thursday same week Lowes delivered and installed a brand new dryer in my unit. That's what I call service! I'm also baffled at the massive renovations and repairs the new management had undergone in a such short amount of time. They truly hit the ground running. The apartment complex is impeccable. I have been living in this complex for close to 10 years and truly love it ️

Could not be happier with all of the renovations on the property, especially the turf dog park! The staff in the leasing office are always so incredibly nice and helpful.

My experience with Amber was incredible. She took the time to get to know me, my needs for my new home, and what is important to me. I have been stressed looking at apartments- due to lack of communication and customer service from other communities- but here as soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. Amber really went above and beyond. As soon as we sat down I felt very comfortable and it felt like I was talking with a friend. As for the community, it is stunning. 24 hour gym, the pool is beautiful with a lake view. The apartments are updated and modern, however on the pricier side (but where in FL isn’t)

The new management has definitely changed this property for the better! Everyone is really nice and helpful at the leasing office. I love how they upgraded the pools, and the lake view is unmatched. They also have a really nice playground for kids as well as a dog park. Also, maintenance is great about coming out and getting things fixed quickly. The fact that it’s gated makes you feel safe and secure. You can’t go wrong living here!

Very impressed with the new management. You can tell they are working hard to maintain the property and listening to what we as residents are wanting. We are here while we build our new home and it’s been fabulous so far. We are very happy!

Amber in the leasing office is amazing. Very helpful and kind. Goes above and beyond for the residents. Super great place to live. I reccomend to everyone. Shout out to Amber, Rigo, Bria, Sammy, and Samir.

Grand Riviera is one of the most stunning properties I have lived at. The staff here truly cares about the residents! The amenities here are next level two pools and the gym is 24/7 which is amazing for my crazy work schedule. They always answer the phone and are happy to help when I come in the office! They really make it feel like home. Thank you Traci, Sammy, and Amber for making my living experience so amazing:)

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Feels like a community, apartment is updated & was clean when I moved in. All the people in the office have been wonderful. They actually answer the phone & care about their residents.

This has been honestly one of the best process of moving especially because I moved from another state. The community is absolutely beautiful giving luxury in every aspect. Juliana was very helpful at making my transformation to the community very easy, she even called and check to make sure I was settling okay and asked if there was anything that I needed. She had everything ready for me as soon as I got there so I would be able to settle in much faster.
