If you were visiting Florida this is an excellent place to stay. Resort style community and the grounds are beautiful. From the people at the gate, to the people in the office and staff - Everyone is wonderful

Absolutely horrible complex that is run by corrupt HOA. Avoid buying here or even renting. They treat renters like trash.

We own and rent our place here and love the resort complex! What drew us to this complex in particular was the convenient location, private gated community, beautiful walking trails along Tampa Bay, happy hours in the gazebos overlooking Tampa Bay, water access for kayaking/paddleboarding, and great pool/hot tub! Definitely recommend owning or renting here.
