Mom and I had such a great tour, from Carol’s greeting to Kim’s tour and multiple people stopping by our table to chat. The facilities are gorgeous. Definitely a possibility for my mom!

This is a lovely Senior Living facility, the staff are exceptional.
Marshal, Kim and Dina go above and beyond with their communication and help. It has been a wonderful experience getting a new home for our 85 year old friend, who was very apprehensive about the move, and yet cannot wait to move in. He was delighted with how smooth the process has been. We are so grateful and thankful to everyone at Grand Villas for the hard work they do in making this a home for seniors.

We are moving mom to Grand Villa this week and cannot even begin to thank the staff for the incredible help they've provided during a difficult transition from hospital to rehab to what is going to be a beautiful studio apartment. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make this move easy on mom, she's very much looking forward to the beautifully renovated grounds, the numerous activities offered, the chance to meet new people and to be cared for in a safe, clean, comfortable environment. We're excited for this next life phase and I feel so much better knowing mom is happy.

I have been a resident for 7 months. I really love Marshall. Dina is always available when needed. I like the fact my concerns are heard and responded to. The staff show concern, very helpful, and friendly.
Every Friday we have happy hour, it brings me to tears to see the compassion James, Rita, and even housekeeping have to give their all to entertain us.

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is one of the top senior living communities in Central Florida. It is one I always refer to. My clients and their families have all been so pleased with all they have to offer. The care is exceptional along with the activities program! Always something fun to do for everyone there!

I checked quite a few facilities for my mom. This one had the most good energy by far over others. I heard seniors laughing, chatting like they felt at home. Most other facilities had a gloominess. The staff here was very nice, caring and professional and answered all my questions. I haven't put my mom in a facility yet because still in nursing/rehab. This is the one I will want for her.

The staff and residents both have been so helpful and we're very pleased.

Friendly and helpful staff. Residents look happy. Clean living area with lots of outside areas to sit and chat or relax. Many activities scheduled for residents. Staff went above and beyond to help us get parents into facility and to make them feel comfortable. I would like to personally thank TaMara for going above and beyond to help coordinate with doctor and rehab to get all paperwork needed!
