Grand Villa of Ormond Beach

I received a call from the director, she asked me what she could do for our family, l believe they care about our mother.

My experiences at Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is always so positive. The staff are always accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to assist. The residents are always smiling and it honestly feels like home!

I Sam always greeted when I arrive and by every staff member I encounter during my visit. It is a clean, cozy and friendly environment.

Everyone, staff and residents, was extremely friendly and helpful. Almost all residents introduced themselves, were cordyand welcoming. Facility is very nice and laid out nicely.

Grand Villa a great community! It is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and you are always greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Austin was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the facility!

Definitely recommend Grand Villa, and if I could give them higher than five stars I would. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is warm and friendly, as a family we are extremely pleased at the quality of memory care provided for our mother. And a special thank you to Hilda, we could not have navigated everything without her personal touch and communication. Thank you to all for treating our Mom so nicely!

Memory care staff work very hard to make sure residents receive the best care possible. It’s a challenging job and I appreciate their efforts in taking care of my loved one.

GV has been there for us for and we are grateful that our 100+ year old Mother / MIL has called this home for I think, 4 years! GV came highly recommended from our mail lady and we also recommend the Ormond Beach facility if asked. What do we like best? A clean, safe, active home. Great staff, on-site management, activities all very nice. Small enough to feel personal, but big enough that our family members can feel they are in a great community.

Newer facility, nice rooms & common areas, always clean & tidy. Awesome staff that really care about the residents’ well-being. Everyone has a friendly helpful attitude and does a great job always with a smile. Highly recommend Grand Villa!
