Grande Aire is an excellent company for both service and routine maintenance - Brendan is an super tech and very knowledgeable. We appreciate having him take care of our air conditioners.

The folks at Grande Aire performed a thorough diagnostic of my AC problem (19 year old compressor), and found an exact replacement. When it arrived they were out early in the AM and replaced the original unit, added refrigerant, tested, and were on their way by noon. Their price was competitive and their work excellent. Thank you Grande Aire.

Grande Aire, is the best in town. I’ve been using them for almost 20 years for both my appliances and my AC unit check out there contracted services. I’ve actually signed up half a dozen clients as well. You can’t go wrong with these people they really care.

This is the fourth HVAC company we have used in the last two years. They are the only people in Sarasota who are training their technicians. I am in the service business and I know untrained technicians when I see them. These are the only guys in town that know what they’re doing.

Grateful for your services. Called after 9pm and our do all the places I called, they were the first ones that said they could be here within 3 hours. So greatly appreciated.

Nick was my tech today from Grande aires Sarasota location. Ac went out and he did a great job getting me back up and running. Professional respectful and was able to explain to me what was up in a way I could understand. Great company and great tech

Royce & Ryan were very professional and efficient in the service they provided. They detected problems and repaired them that I was unaware that I had. I have been using Grande Aire for over twenty five years and have always had excellent and reliable service.

After Hurricane Ian I had major work done and after this I needed my entire duct and ac cleaned and sanitized. Grande Aire sent out Royce and Randy and I was very happy that each step was explained and the work was thoughtful and maticulously done. A+ rating from this customer!

I did not catch the name of our technician, but he was SO professional and friendly! Air conditioning conked out on Saturday night; called Grande Aire at 8: 30 a.m. Sunday while we were away from home - told the answering service we would be home around 3: 00 p.m. The Grande Aire tech called us at 3: 04 p.m. To say he was almost there. We pulled in the driveway and he pulled in 5 min later. WOW! Grande Aire always responds quickly to our calls and we really appreciate that. Whether an appliance has issues or our a/c - Grande Aire takes care of it all and their employees have always impressed us.

We have a home warranty through them, and they are excellent. We had them with our condo in Fort Myers a while back and they were life savers. We got them again when we first moved to Sarasota, and for the first year we were not happy. But for the last 4+ years they got their act together and we now have the same great service again and can't recommend them enough!

First time using this company. Called on a Friday night and Nick was able to come out within the hour! He was extremely professional, very communicative and fast. 10/10 recommend!

Loving working here at Grande Aire Services at the Sarasota branch. Before coming here I was starting to give up on my HVAC career just due to the last company I worked for. Really left me feeling like I achieved a lot but with no reward or no sense of caring about the employees. Here at Grande Aire I feel like im apart of an actual family with an office manager who actually knows how to lead a team and with a great group of service techs. Truly feel like I belong here and im thankful for the way they treat clients, the employees, situations and myself.
