I had a great experience here at this community! Cami the property manager was extremely kind and helpful! She made the move in process smooth & answered all my questions in a timely manner! Very professional!

I've been living for a while now, the apartments are nice and close to stores. You can walk to stores or grab a bus at the bus stop to go other places. I was here during the hurricane that came with its own complications but we all made it through it. Management now has been doing the best to keep up on everything and truly seems to care about the residence. I very much enjoy living here.

Worst place to live I had my package stolen right off my door steps, some one broke into my son car and stole his wallet and shoe. This place has gone from bad to worst.

I have lived in Grand court for 10 years, I am going to say we have been through a lot of management and owners. With that being said I love my apartment even after 10 years. I will say we could use some updating to the inside of the apartments but other then that I am ok with how it looks. I do miss when they would come clean your carpets on your yearly lease renewal. I also want to point out I have had no problems in 10 years with roaches

Had ants too also my rent went up I wasn't here a month I signed a lease for 960 and my lawyer said that you could raise it until my lease was up also I have had no kitchen light since I moved in and went to office 20 times and nothing yet still no lights I will not be not staying next year and I ask for corp office number and they wouldn't give it too me

Cami is an asset to Grande Court! She was so nice during the process and was a delight to deal with.

I have been without any air conditioner for 3 weeks now, and all I get is the run around by the office this is really sad especially when you have children and we are in June my apartment has been in the 90s. Any suggestions. This is really frustrating.

I havent lived here long, but my experience throughout the application process was amazing! I worked with cammi the entire time and she is a god send! She went above and beyond for myself and family and we truely appreciate it! I give it 4 stars because there were a few things like the shelving gaurds missing in the fridge when we moved in etc. Waiting for them to be fixed then ill update my rating. I do hear the people above me time to time but thats apartment living honestly. I didnt expect my apartment to be as big as it is and we absolutely LOVE the carpet! Everyone ive spoke to so far in this little community are very nice.
Update* maintenance came 7/6/23 fix the things that he could something had to be ordered he's extremely nice he seen me struggling the entire time he was here putting a little motorcycle together for my son he took 2 minutes of his day to help me with the one piece i couldn't get and that really matters to me he went above his job title. I was so so thankful!
Also we absolutely love going to the pool! And they have a little pool for the kids!

If you like thin walls and hearing your Nabors talk. If you love roaches. If you want Maintenance to do a job. If you want to move into a hood like place with a good potential of getting shot. Basically anything that is promised when moving in is a lie. Oh your going to spend tons of money to fight the bugs.

Word of mouth best advertisement. These apartments are filthy and full of roaches. Not clean. They don’t care. I wish they would be shut down! Corporate should be ashamed of themselves to allow this place to go downhill the way it has. Will never recommend this place and again word of mouth great way to let individuals know how this is run!

I have lived here for 5 years and so tired of the incompetents. Let's see roaches, black mold and a total failure to Communicate. No wonder why this has changed owners so many times oh don't let me forget the paper thin walls and my favorite thing is when something is broken they say your on the waiting list 6 months is a long waiting list. Oh and hurricane damage don't worry they will not fix your flooded apartment they will just paint the outside and put on a new roof. The idea here is to put a bandaid on everything heck just try to call the office you will find out if they answer the phone 95% they don't. I wasted so much money on roaches and keeping it nice but I am done for you new people moving in good luck I am out.

I lived here with my family from 2016 to 2020 and I'd say it was a good place to live. The apartments are quite big and mostly soundproof. Never had a problem with bugs. We lived in the top floor and it did get hot sometimes.but overall its a good place. I liked the pool a lot. The staff were usually quite nice.
