I couldn't be happier with my new granite countertops from Granite Forever. We had looked several places before finding them and had not really found what we wanted. We found a piece of stone on their lot that was exactly what we wanted. Mark, who we worked with for the project called right then and located 2 slabs and had them headed for the shop that day. He also gave us an estimate on the spot (we had all the measurements) that was very fair. I had looked online and saw some of their reviews weren't great but decided to take a chance because it was what we wanted and the price was fantastic. I'm so glad we did, everything went very smooth and fast, the communication with Mark was always spot on, the installers were great and very professional. We now have an awesome new kitchen, thank you so much to Mark and everyone involved.

I waited four months before giving an honest review. We installed a island in our Florida room and had granite forever measure and install a nice piece of granite that we picked out at their location in Port Charlotte. The granite is fine however they did not level the granite or put shims in. The installer did not speak any English and refused to use shims or make sure it's level before he left. I contacted their office over two dozen times they refused to help. So now we have to hire another contractor to finish this job and do it correctly. Do not pay them the balance unless the job is completely finished to your liking. Horrible customer service I would not recommend this company at all.stay far away

I'm very happy with our new countertops. I received estimates from several companies and was impressed with Granite Forever, from the initial visit to the completed project. The salesman very low pressure, showed me just what I was looking for, with no upselling and some excellent suggestions. The crew that did the installation was
pleasant, neat and did a great job. I will definitely use them again for our next renovation.

Buyer beware! Don’t pay full price at Granite Forever of Port Charlotte until the WD-40 they slather on the stone is dried and you thoroughly inspect the installed stone. I recently had stone countertops installed by Granite Forever and the result was unsatisfactory. Being asked to do my own measurements for the company because the person who measures took incomplete measurements should have been the first BIG RED FLAG (I didn’t do it, the owner came to re-measure -twice because he didn’t get all the measurements during the first try). I had arranged to have the plumbing done on the same day of the countertop installation and the person I hired to do the plumbing pointed out that he couldn’t do it because the counter was not set up right. He called the stone salesman and once again the owner came and he and handyman doing the plumbing re-installed the counter. A couple of days later I inspected the work and it did not look right; the stone didn’t feel smooth and was not flushed with the sink plus the under mounting was uneven, the caulking looks awful. I had two professionals give an opinion. I mentioned nothing about what transpired or my opinion to them and both said it was shoddy work. I felt disappointed and dissatisfied and called the company to see what should be done about this. I was told someone would be at my house Tuesday to check. Mark, the owner, showed up. It did not go well, I felt disappointed by his lack of interest in finding a way to remedy the situation and shocked when he began to mock me and criticize my house. He looked at the the countertop and sink and said “the work looks good enough to me, the only solution is to take off the slab and throw it away and I’m not going to do that for a fraction of an inch. ” He put his index finger and thumb close together and moved toward me and I took a couple of steps back because I felt uncomfortable and frankly unsafe. He said “come here I’m not going to hurt you just want you to see”, and spaced out his fingers again. Then he said I should just be happy with what I have and repeated “ it looks good enough to me and if you don’t like it you can take me to court. ” And then he left.

After looking numerous granite places, a neighbor who purchased some beautiful quartzite recommended Granite Forever because she was so pleased with with their selection, pricing, fabrication, and installation. I am equally impressed. My salesperson, Bob, was knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with an education about my countertop options and maintained a smile with his positive attitude (Every day is a good day!) even when I changed my order 3 times over the next 2 months. I am especially grateful for the care of the gentleman who came to measure because he realized that the cabinet people had not left enough room for my range. I am so pleased by the excellent fabrication and installation of my countertop which made the crooked “fix” done by the cabinet people imperceptible. My kitchen looks great.

We were looking for new quartz countertops for our kitchen, this place had good selection, competitive prices, attentive staff and excellent communication. They came to the house, created a template for the cutters and gave us a 2 week timeframe which they beat. The install team did an excellent job using great care in fitting and the cut was perfect. We are totally satisfied with the entire process. We would definitely recommend!

Reviewed By Dennis S We were looking for granite for our countertops. The main island was 10 feet long, & we wanted it to really look impressive. We searched the internet like always when looking for something in a new area, we had just bought a house in North Port, Florida, so the best way I know of to find contractors is Google. I found Granite Forever & the reviews were mixed, this is kind of normal because as they say you can't please everyone all of the time, my wife & I decide to go & see there business for ourselves. We met with Bob & he went over the options with us, my wife originally wanted Quartz, but after talking to Bob it sounded like Granite would be better for us. He took us around to show the different slabs of stone & my wife fell in love with one piece of Granite, I just care mostly about cost & that it is quality, but she loved it & we put down a deposit. Our house was still having some renovations finished so we made a tentative date for install & went home. When the time came to install the granite they had to cancel because of the installers but they came the next day. The counter Tops came out so wonderful & look so beautiful that we are ecstatic. I have never been happier to spend this much money in my life but we got our money's worth & more. I highly recommend Granite Forever, if you need stone Counter Tops this is the place to go!

I just had my kitchen, including the backsplash done by Granite Forever, the quartz is absolutely stunning, awesome workmanship. The salesman Bob Thompson, Mark and the installers were very professional and took care of any concern I had. I highly recommend Granite Forever.

The install crew was very professional, and took the time necessary to complete what was a somewhat difficult installation. I wrote a review several years ago when Forever Granite installed our counter and bartops. We can’t afford to have them replaced, so I have to look at the horrible job they did every day. Just a few examples: Joints don’t match, And whatever material they used to fill the larger-than-normal separation between abutting pieces has disintegrated. The stone wasn’t cut properly around the sink, leaving areas where mold thrives and a visible high spot is right next to the faucet. They also didn’t follow our instructions and cut a piece completely wrong, leading to an aesthetically unpleasant finished look. It’s even worse than described here, but you get the gist. So I’ll conclude this review by saying you can get a similar result with a used, warped and badly stained piece of laminate. That said, recent reviews suggest there is new management. Based on intuition and their past behavior, It’s possible the management hasn’t changed at all. But they have to say that because otherwise NO ONE would waste their time getting a quote from this company. Check them out - carefully. If both the ownership AND management have NOT changed since 2018, just WALK AWAY.
