They make you pay up front for the entire bill! I told spanish girl at the desk, who by the way speaks horrible english, to bill my insurance company and i would take care of any difference. Nope, they want me to prepay the entire thing, then they would refund me.absolutely ridiculous! I have BCBS? They are the biggest insurance company in FL. Dr. Grasso is great, but his policies are horrible. Save yourself some aggrivation and go find another doctor.
Wonderful practice. My family has been to chiropractors throughout the state of Florida and they are often hit or miss. These doctors are personable and highly skilled, and I left completely satisfied with my results.
Highly recommended! Dr. Grasso explains in detail and gives you the best treatment there is! Felt like at home with all the best attention from all the staff there, especially from Dr. Grasso. Had this pain on neck for 2 months and in just minutes he took it away. Best experience ever!
Dr Grasso is an Amazing Doctor! The best Chiropractic team in the area! I only took off one star because they stopped taking United Healthcare and I have to now search for another doctor because my insurance changed.
My experience was great! Everyone in the office was nice and professional. I was nervous at first since it was my first time going to a Chiropractor however Dr. Grasso explained every step with me and took his time going over my diagnosis.
