I have been through nine groomers in the past two years. I have found my forever groomer. Today my fur baby got the best haircut of his life. Barbie is a master of her craft. Thank you.

OMG, I am so happy with the results of Lucy's time at Grateful Pups. Barbie and Phil did an amazing job with my baby. She was calm and happy when I got there to pick her up. Barbie was finishing and Lucy was happy to let her. We will be back for next spa day/grooming/bath and/or nail trim. Great experience and great people.

I took my dog there for the second time and I’m not sure what happened but after explaining in detail what I wanted, they shaved my beautiful Shihtzu hair, which was long and very well maintained. I cried because it took me over 2 years to get his fur to where I wanted. I do not recommend this place, it’s unprofessional not to listen to the customers request. If you are not capable of rendering the requested service you should have declined, instead of taking it in and ruining over 2 years of work and dedication.

Best groomer in South FL! Prices are reasonable and Barbie and her team care for the pups.

I can not express how much Barbie and her salon are amazing. Today is my birthday and she bathed my dog, having her leave with a scarf (birthday) and a bow to celebrate. I'm amazed with the service and excellent quality I experience when coming to this establishment. Thank you again for taking care of my fur-baby. You are truly the best!

OMG Barbie is the best. I brought my new puppy Chloe in and she started to started to cry and scream I was devastated at first. But the way Barbie got on the floor and hugged Chloe, she totally soothed her and she soon stopped crying. Never seen nothing like this before. Her first groomer and the only one she will ever go to. Thanks Barbie and her amazing staff……….

I found this place just driving by in my neighborhood. I was so hesitant and even depressed to bring my puppy ("Tank" a Zuchon breed - 8 months old) because of the first previous groomer I tried out, which turned out disastrous and even hurtful to my puppy. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! My puppy not only looked great but wasn't traumatized in the least bit. He was actually HAPPY and remained happy in the days following. This business knows what they are doing, and are obviously very experienced in handling puppies, even one as difficult as mine. They will have my business forever.

My vet recommended me to Barbie as I was dissatisfied with the service and pricing of my previous groomer. OMG! I wish I found Barbie sooner! I am 200% satisfied! She is a Certified Master Groomer. The only one in the area. Her skills and attention to detail are second to none. Her prices are extremely fair and reasonable. Give her a try. YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

I brought my cat to Grateful Pups Pet Salon to get cleaned up and they did an amazing job! Nicest people too! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back with my other animals too!
