BEWARE! This is a scam "business"! They still take orders, but do not ship them. There is absolutely no communication either- to or from them. After placing an order and waiting for weeks without any word from them I started to attempt to contact them. Multiple emails (two dozen +) were never responded to. Dozens of call to the business (some with and some without leaving messages) were never answered. Unfortunately, I did not know they were a scam at the time. See the Better Business Bureau rating if you want to see more problems with this place.

I don't know how this company has been around as long as it has, they treat customers like trash, or I should say treat customers like they don't exist. I've been calling multiple times a day for 3 weeks and have yet to get a reply from them. Website says give 4-5 weeks for machines to be delivered, well I'm on week 8 and I can't even get a call back let alone the machine I paid for.
Only reason I even ordered here was I used to own one of their machines and really liked it. But I ended up having to sell it to pay bills. So I wanted to get a new one, but really starting to regret that now.

Amazingly spot I just heard it from a friend checked it out the other day tons of lapidary supplies. I am a rock hound by heart so this place will always hold a special place in my itinerary. Soon I will be visiting the store physically in Florida not too far down the road from where we live couple hours away. Well worth the drive I'm sure. I have to State the prices are very competitive as well pretty low I think for the type of equipment it looks like it's made from top notch quality Craftsmanship and hands-on experienced stone cutters.
Thanks again I can't wait to meet you guys in person and see what the place looks like I'll be buying a new faceting machine in about 3 or 4 months looking for something nice stock up I'm on my way.

Sold some product to them and they never paid, never answered their phone. We were robbed.

I ordered drive belts and nothing yet. No calls answered. No emails either. Looks like I will have to purchase another machine from another manufacturer. This should be their end to a company. They will take your money. If you need a drive belt, I now know of a good company for those.

Placed an order and added 2 day shipping, never to be received. Wish I had read the other reviews. Would love to meet the people who run this trash company in person.

Order placed and paid for but never received. They don’t respond to emails or voicemails. The State of Florida needs to put them out of business. If zero stars was an option that’s what they have earned because they are thieves.

Would give zero stars if I could. No order fulfillment, no response to phone calls or emails about order status (despite customer service claims on website). Obviously not an active or legitimate business. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SUPPLIER. TOTALLY P'SSD OFF AFTER PLACING ORDER 10 DAYS AGO, AND NO RESPONSE AS TO SHIPPING AND ORDER STATUS DESPITE MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. If you don't want to be in business, that's fine - but don't pretend otherwise.

BEWARE OF COMPANY
This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Purchased an order early March and still have not received it. I have email 3 times and no response. We have called twice and no call back. They were quick on taking our money put can careless about their customers. Anyone that purchases from are crazy. Just look at their reviews. I dont care how many years they have been in business.

I am competition faceter depend on facet laps they stock never can reach them either by ordering or phone calls lousy company will switch dealers and recommend my faceter club do the same

I placed an order on September 9,2020 for $45.45 for Diamond sprey. They never took the money from my credit card. If you like my opinion The owner, I believe passed away 2 years ago and the son Pardo, was running the business. In early 2020 I think the son caught the COVID-19 and died. That is the reason for NO-REPLY R. I. P you guys.

Took me 2 weeks to cancel via my creditcard compagny as i'm unable to reach for them.

Pretty much the same thing a few others went through, ordered, they took money, order never came, no return phone calls or emails.nothing.do not order from them!

I ordered $179 of merchandise and never got any of it. I have called, emailed, and begged for a response. It has been weeks and nothing.

I ordered a couple gallons of diacut coolant and never received them. Ive left multiple messages and sent multiple emails. They’re yet to get back to me.
