Gravity Nails is located in a good location, it is clean and nice inside. Pearl did an excellent job on my nails, she listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect shape and length for me. I was excited that the color I chose for the nexgen matched my toenails, which she did a polish change for me. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the professional job that she did thank you️ Debbie

So happy with my nails. I’ve never had a single bad experience at Gravity but today was definitely the best. Cassie did a fantastic job at not only giving me exactly what I wanted but also making sure I was happy. She went above and beyond and I love my nails so much. This place is amazing

Pearl is a great technician, and David and Danny, the owners, are constantly working to add services and improvements to give customers a great experience. Clean, safe environment with care for the health of their customers and staff. Broken nail crises today and Danny made sure I got in for service with very little notice of needing an appointment

I appreciated the services provided by this company. I felt that my nail tech, Nina, was a friendly and competent employee. She did a wonderful job! I will definitely return to this nail spa.

Front desk girl is beyond rude and unprofessional BUT the tech I see is fantastic - Lili is a god sent! I can't see anyone else! I have been seeing her for two years now! She does the BEST gel manicure I've ever had

I had a great experience here! Only one small complaint. The water in the basin used for my pedi, turned cool extremely fast. Other than that.wonderful. My technician, Vincent, was very attentive. Pleasant atmosphere as well.

I have been going to this salon for a couple years and have consistently been disappointed. The management is very rude and unprofessional and never properly book things. I have gone in serval times with my mother after booking specific technicians and when we get there we wait ridiculously long and then they tell us that the people we asked for are either “running” behind or not there. Even after inconveniencing us the girls at the front desk gave us attitude and we’re unapologetic. The only reason I even came back was because of my great technician Lilly but after receiving the same experience today I won’t be back.

I love this salon. I can make a pedicure appointment same day, walk in and they have a tech waiting! I love the new chairs and it is a happy professional environment. I have used several salons and this one is my favorite for now

No more chances. Plain and simple. At first my nails always looked great. Great service, nails always looked great BUT.the quality has really gone down hill. The last 3 times I've gone I end up paying for service I'm not happy with. Nails are crooked, the nail shape is different for each nail, polish is ALWAYS on my skin, my cuticles are flooded. I have left unhappy and FIXED MY OWN NAILS way too many times. The service is not cheap at all which is ok, but not when you leave unhappy over and over again.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the desk is lazy, unfriendly, doesn’t care and unprofessional, and the owner stands there and lets her treat customers anyway she wants to.
I’ve been a customer for a while. Something changed.totally different place. The owners are very nice and try to be Accommodating, yet when you let incompetent employees that don’t care about your customers run your business this is the outcome. Very disappointed and sad to see. There are many other nail spas in the area!

Made an appointment for pedicure, father and daughter. It was wonderful experience for me and sharing her space. Samantha is great and highly recommend requesting her when you go.

I wanted to get my eyebrows wax but the technician said that my eyebrows were to curly. I honestly found to be low key racist.
Felt like the tech was rushing me it was very unpleasant feeling being there I will never go there again.

I drive from Boca to have my nails done at this salon. I only go to one person for my acrylic fill with gel polish but for pedicures all the technicians have been great. The new pedicure chairs are amazing! The salon is clean, recently renovated, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy and they are always so accommodating if you ever need to reschedule. I recommended the salon to my sister who previously worked in a nail salon and now she too is a regular at gravity. We are definitely happy customers!

Horrible experience. Just moved here and a family member highly recommended this place. On my first visit my nails didn't stick to the tips and was completely separated, went back later that day when I noticed.the lady just put a glob of super glue down my nails and wanted to send me on my way. Being offended I asked for the owner, who ended up having to redo all my nails. The lady tried to make up a BS story to excuse her behavior, which the owner found to be ridiculous. Ended up getting a gift card for a future visit. Second visit, got a guy who didn't speak English, ended up needing a fill before I left, it was so horrible. Again, the owner had to fix my nails. Also, given a discount for the inconvenience. Crooked nails, horrible shaping, uneven tips. There will NOT be a third time. This place needs to be more sensitive to their customers and their needs.

Awful customer service and outrageous pricing. I didn’t like my nails and came in the same day and they said it was too late that if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay again. I paid $60 for French ombré and it was not blended and when I complained she kept assuring me it was “beautiful”. I hated them and wanted them fixed and they said well it’s too late and they were going to charge me again! Will never be back I’ve have had multiple bad experiences but kept trying to give them another chance.

They have very good nail technicians and its easy and quick. The reason I dont give them 5 stars is because it often times feels like a factory: fast -paced and not very personalized.

First and last time at this place. The nail tech did probably one of the most worst pedicures I’ve ever had. I left with crooked toenails and one that was chipped. I wish I could share the pictures that were immediately taken after. Will not recommend or go back.
