Stopped in to replace all filters and fuilds on an older model car. Asked manager if he could verify the VIN tag location for me while underneath, which is located on the side of the oil pan. Told him I need to verify it's there to register the vehicle in the state of Florida. He proceeded to tell me that's the Cop's job not his. I explained to him I understoid that law enforcement would verify the number, just wanted verification that the tag is located on the oil pan. He again repeated, that's the Cop's job, not mine. I told him that was poor customer service and he called me an irate customer. I told him there was no need to act like a jackass. I took my business down the street. Estimated loss due to his ignoranc, $300and a repeat customer with four vehicles. Avoid this place.

I went to this location because there were many positive reviews. The reviews were spot on! Rich provided excellent customer care. He gave me options and respected my decisions without pressuring me to change my mind which was important for me. Both Rich and Mitch are a good team.

Had premium oil change here. Wonderful place and they were very informative/honest. They gave me information about when to change my air filters next time, not trying to sell me anything I don’t need. The service was quick and thorough, highly recommended!

The guys were so helpful and very nice. They took care of my car and explained things to help me understand how everything before they added any services on my car. I will be going back here again

Fast service for an oil change and informative about other things with the car in a super nice way. Really great pricing and very friendly staff who walk you through every step they do on your car!

Had a flat in a rental and was scared. As a woman traveling alone not confident on what to do. I pulled in and the gentlemen working the morning of Sep 3rd were angels. They helped me pull in and get into the car bay. Put air in my tire and checked the other 3 at no charge. I could have cried. "Just think of us when you need your oil changed. " Thank you Grease Monkey!

I brought my 2015 mustang in for an oil change. The oil change was $130. I have NEVER had a single issue with my car. I noticed some oil in my driveway a couple days later and took it to Pepboys on Tyndall Parkway. Pepboys told me the oil filter was not secured properly and ALL my oil had leaked out about 8 qts. If oil changes are what they do maybe they shouldn’t be in business.

My mother went here for an oil change they charged her for the very expensive oil change, a new cabin filter (which she definitely did not need), and new tag light bulbs which are typically $5 for a set they charged her $8 for each we’re going to charge her $40 for a $20 filter when she brought up my husband being a mechanic the price Magically was dropped to $25 these people scam people who know nothing about vehicles overall costed her $126 DO NOT GO HERE!

Was first and last time going. They charged more than price they said with discount. They spent more time trying to get me to purchase more expensive services than looking at my car, and what they said needed to be done had already been done recently.
They didn't check everything they were supposed to for full service and I will be sticking with my normal place on beach, cheaper, better service and quality.

First time customer and I was impressed! Very quick service, professional, and affordable. I was taken care of and things were explained in a way that a person with no idea about under the hood could understand. They also replaced an air filter that I didn't get from them, how awesome and courteous. I will definitely return!

Prices keep climbing, they don't top off fluids it's a whole other service. I will stick to doing my own oil change and service.
