I was a walk-in. I was able to get in quickly and enjoy the haircut. Had a good conversation, picked up a lottery ticket at the Publix right next door, won some money and went home. Thank you

Great Clips Estero. Worst haircut in about 50 years done by “Lindsay”. I wear a classic cut, shoulder length. Very simple to cut. I asked to have 2 inches cut off and showed how much using my fingers. I said I want the ends soft / feathered so it’s not too blunt. She took 3 minutes to cut it and said “There you are”. It was very blunt but she said she had cut the lowest layer a bit shorter and that it will look better when it grows out. So I wondered should I have an unattractive cut for a month? I asked to have the ends softened up. She said she could layer it and I haven’t liked layering in the past so I said “Just a bit, not too much. ” She cut deep layers! It looks horrible. She didn’t seem to be present in the moment. Here’s the thing - only the right side of my head is layered, the left side isn’t. Simply the worst! I have this messy “bob” instead of what I asked for. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This location has the BEST staff! The Manager and the Assistant Manager are SO friendly! I will recommend this place to anyone.

I was nervous bringing my 2 year old to get her second haircut but needed it done for her school photos. Anna greeted us with a warm smile. She was very gentle and sweet. She did a great job and we will be back.

Kassie is wonderful & personable! She is knowledgeable and has done a great job with my hair and my mom’s. Not only does she educate me about how to keep my hair healthy, but also checks to make sure I like my cut and that it’s done right. It’s truly hard to find someone like her and I’m so glad we did!

They dont know nothing about men's hair.the old lady is horrible cutting hair. Please don't cut men's hair

I went in for a haircut I told the lady that I have a colic on the one side that's bad and it needs to be left long my hair was longer when I went in my hair was not sticking up I checked in online I've been going to Great clips for years she said I wasn't in the computer she couldn't find me she proceeded to cut my hair one side is extremely long the other side is short she cut the colic short now my hair sticks up every morning this is probably the worst haircut I've ever had in my life very disappointed I was going to go back in and complain but there's really nothing they can do but cut it shorter and cutting it shorter would make my colic even worse so I'll just let it grow out lessons learned.

Jess cut my hair I asked for layers and she gave me layers that look like I have a bowl on my head not to mention my hair is long in spots short in others.
My hair does not grow fast and it is really messed She did not part my hair off or blend the layers. Worst hair cut I have recieved in years.
