Great Clips, Pembroke Pines FL

Cannot understand basic requests. Have clearly never cut hair before. Obviously don't hire licensed hair cutters. Charge $19 for a haircut you can give yourself at home blindfolded.

I been coming to Great Clips for years since it open. I like the availability to check yourself Online. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Horrible experience today. The square line behind the head was not straight. Except from Martin and Ignacia, others do not know how to cut hair and stay away from them.

I always get my cut with Martin, he's very good and very professional also very friendly.

Took my 3 young girls in last week and was impressed with the customer service. Clean facility, friendly manager (Martin), and the stylist Ignacia was knowledgeable and followed thru on what we requested in regards to cut/styles. We were even given some product recs we appreciated. Short wait! My girls all waited for Ignacia- and the staff was patient with us. Great experience! Recommend!

MARTIN is the best. Always a pleasure and professional. My son with Autism will ONLY see him. He is great

Love coming here for a quick cut. The location is super clean and covid safe. The staff is friendly and helpful in making sure you get what you’re looking for. I’ve come several times to trim my daughter’s hair and have never left disappointed.

The check in app makes it easy for you to make an appointment and not have to wait to be seen, we were even greeted by name when we came in.

Their prices are also very affordable and I love that there isn’t the normal fuss or complication (or hidden fees!) when you go to other salons.

They provide a booster and some cute princess covers to make the experience kid friendly, and lollipops at the end. Highly recommended.

My son is on the autism spectrum and has touch aversion. Melissa did a great job working with him. She was patient and made him feel so comfortable. He lived it and lived his new hair cut. Great Clips Village Square is awesome!

Quick friendly service including greeting by. I'm guessing was the owner. Store clean no worries about sanitation and its been a week I dont have Covid seriously people relax and get a haircut already

The owner was very disrespectful. He doesn’t know the sacrifice that I’m doing on these days to take my son over there! Today, I have no money for the tip, after paying the regular $17 and he make a comment when I was leaving the place that made me fell pretty bad. He should be happy that at least they have some clients during this difficult times for all of us. GC @ Cobblestone Plaza by Whole Foods at Pembroke Pines.

Great place to get a haircut in the area. Everyone is very nice and attentive, Daisy was great with helping me get what I wanted. I recommend it.
