10 Was unable to check in which is one the stupidest things ever, and two the system kept pushing me behind people that weren't even at the store yet including the old guy who wasn't checked in and still went ahead of me. I gave up after a half hour of wasting my time.
Go somewhere else. Anywhere.
If I could give zero stars I would worst place to get a haircut. Hanna used to cut my hair. Indeed to find where she went to I will never go back to great lips unless she is ther.
Very professional, listened intently to what was desired, very likable and easy to talk to. Excellent haircut just how I imagined. I had Jessica. Highly recommend!
Do not go here. Worst business ever. The owner is trying to get the employees to become robots. He doesn’t care about anything but money. He wants the stylist to hurry up and cut ur hair n get out of the chair. Horrible place

Warning DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY THEM.not only are the employees Unprofessional, there owner Will is as well. You pay $9.99 and have to pay $50 to fix it. If i could give 0 stars i would.
Check-in online and get notified when I should head to the store. Works great. Cuts down on waiting. Always get a good cut from whomever takes care of me.
Walked in, didn’t check in online. I thought Great Clips was “walk ins”. I was checked in hastily and watched for 35 minutes as others were taken in as they came in
Don’t advertise walk ins if you are not going to accommodate them. Needless to say I will go elsewhere and not a Great Clips!
Joshua Duncan is at this location - he is amazing! Other stylists are very good, too (I watch what they all do). Well worth seeking this location out!
