Great Clips, Coral Springs FL

I recently visited Great Clips in Coral Springs and had an incredibly disappointing experience. My stylist, Beverly, completely misunderstood my request for long layers and instead left me with a hairstyle that looked nothing like what I wanted.

To make matters worse, Beverly was unusually aggressive in her communication, making me feel uncomfortable throughout the appointment. I couldn't understand why she was so hostile when I had done nothing to provoke it.

I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant haircut experience. Avoid Beverly if you can; she made my visit a nightmare.

The worst location ever, they messed up my kid hair so bad as the lady did not have clue how to cut hair using a scissors. Even after showing her the visible spots on my kid hair where it was visible uneven parts, she could care less …. Very rude and ignorant and careless staff and no wonder, the location seems to be empty of customers

For years, I’ve been getting my hair styled-cut at several of the Great Clips salons in Broward Cty. Now, I choose Brian in Coral Springs as my go-to stylist. I realize others are trained well. You can’t go wrong with the pleasant professionals there who aim to please the customer.

Jonathan helped me with my hair this afternoon, and he was awesome! Pleasant to chat with, and offered great advices. I'd definitely go back.

I'm not a fan of having to use an app for the most simplest thing that is "Not" necessary. People have been getting their haircut as we know it for 100 years, NOW WE NEED AN APP? News flash, Covid is over. I Still like this place and 5 stars is well deserved.

I went here with my daughter, we've both had not great experiences with hair cuts over the last year. All I can say is this is the place! Friendly staff. Johnathan (I hope that's spelled correctly), was amazing, as was Brian who cut my daughters hair. We'll be back again.

This place is fantastic. Their check-in system is very easy, there was no wait. The prices are also more reasonable than others in the area. I asked for a haircut similar to a past photo I had on my smartphone. The stylist, Judy, cut my hair exactly as in the photo. Quick service with a smile.

I tried this Great Clips for the first time today, based on reviews, and a referral. I arrived a few minutes before they opened, and they opened on time, which I appreciated. The first stylist who greeted me, isn't what you'd call a people person, but I overlooked that. Fortunately, for me a second stylist came in, so I requested Steph cut my hair. She did a fabulous job, and I am quite happy with the results. My previous stylist went MIA, which required me to venture out of my comfort zone. Steph is very personable, easy to chat with, and took time to understand what I was looking for, or wanted different than the current overdue mess of hair I presented her with. I will continue with Steph as my new stylist! Happy with my hair once again.

This place is terrible. My husband took my son here twice and they messed him up yet again. If you don’t know how to line someone up don’t do it. Don’t set yourself up for failure. We will stick with an actually barbershop moving forward. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra because this isn’t it.

Definitely will not be coming back here - went here to get my kids hair cuts after no openings at a few other places - anyway I'll avoid this place at all costs moving forward. The cut my kid got was sooo incredibly rushed and the lady actually told me "we are supposed to do 5 cuts an hour". Seriously? We're all paying customers, take your time and do it right, however long that means. The cut my son got was AWFUL and I actually had to "fix" it myself at home (and even now the only way to fix it would be to just shave it so he's just dealing with it). I will never ever recommend this place.

Went for a haircut with my Son. I was a little apprehensive as I do not live here - came to visit my Son. But my experience was extremely pleasant and satisfying. We had an online reservation and that made things easier. Mr Brian was my hairdresser - and he was courteous, did exactly what I wanted and I left a happy customer.

Good place for an inexpensive haircut. They take reservations and they remember your preferences, which makes things more efficient and easy.
