Nice haircut guy who answered the phone was a jackbag on another level glad he didn't touch my hair

First time in Great Clips. I had Hair sylist Wendy, with 22 years of experince she treat me with kindness and professionalism. Wendy, has great personality. I recommend her to everybody.

On line check in is best but walk in works with some delay behind on line checks. Very nice personnel there

Had not had a haircut in 7 months. Works right in and got Belkis She did a wonderful job! Listened to wanted I wanted and somehow made my hair look great! Thank you price was extremely reasonable.

Most of the girls there are really good at cutting hair and it's a great value love this place

Niki was awesome and very friendly. It has been a long time since I have had a hair cut or had a hair cut not by my normal person. However, I recently relocated and was nervous about getting a cut by someone new. She did an amazing job cutting / styling my hair and I will absolutely be back to her next time I need a hair cut. Just got my hair cut here and the nice lady who cut my hair did a amazing job and I feel bad cause I didn’t realize the tip option and my sister clicked the wrong button and next time I go will make it up hopefully she’s working then but you guys are amazing and they listen and wait and see if you like it truly good bless the older women I didn’t get her name lovely Spanish woman

She messed up my hair. I asked her for a feathered haircut with layers and I guess she doesn't know how to I do it she just Chopped my hair shorter then I wanted and said feathered is a style thing not a hair cut.

Belkes, the lady that has cut my hair for the past several years is the nicest and best hair stylist I have ever had. She takes her time and listens to what you want. No rush and very fun to talk with as well. The store is always very clean with a welcoming environment. Also, the phone app to schedule the appointment is very user friendly and convenient. Great Clips is a Great Place to have your hair cut!

Such an easy experience. Sign in. Get your cut. Ive been there before so they have the record of how I like my hair on file. No wait for me but I do go during the slow time. My beautician Jackie is awesome. She listens to me & I always come out looking like I want. The value is great also. I would definitely recommend this establishment, Hood road.

Asked for a trim. No more than 1/2”. What I got was 1/2” left on my head. Maybe if they spoke English it might be better. As of now they should work as Marine Corps barbers. Cut it all off and smile.

Jackie is the best. I went to another salon and they butchered my daughters hair to the point my daughter was in tears. I recently found out Jackie is at this Great Clips location. I remember Jackie from her previous salon and always liked her work. So when this happened to my daughter, Jackie was the first person I thought of that may be able to do something.

The lady did not clean the clippers and the area around the chair before seating me. I noticed lot of white hair falling off when clipping. Im like “ im not that old to have white hairs”. She casually said “ oo its from the other person no apology nor did she clean the clipper nice and good, all she did was changed the clip and i saw the white hairs again.
In my entire life this is the first time i have ever encountered such a unhygienic lady and location.
Im not aggressive person so i just walked away after haircut rather arguing which will not help.

I have been coming to GreatClips for over 10 years ever since it was open on Northlake and in Hood Road. Normally I’m OK everything is fine and I leave a great review but lately, it seems like no one is friendly they’re just sour people! And I bought the gift card, but I will be not coming back. Very disappointed.

This place shouldn’t be open! DO Not go here! I repeat DO NOT go here! The lady with the glasses and dark skin cut my hair uneven and was rude and demanded we run and get cash and I stay till we had cash because we had to pay cash. The other lady that did my daughters hair seemed to be ok. Isn’t the greatest cut but at least it is even! Mine is uneven (so I have to pay to go have someone fix it.). I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Now I see this lady is just a terrible person who is likely scamming the place. I go to another great clips and have for years and never once had a bad haircut or bad service. This great clips was terrible. I can only say not only will you get rude service but you will get an uneven haircut and have to pay cash then have to go pay someone else to fix it. Someone shut this terrible place down or for sure get rid of the lady with the glasses being rude and giving uneven haircuts and demanding cash only.
