I love the ease of early check-in. The note you keep on my hairstyle are always there, and all the barbers ad here and follow the directions. No matter what location I go to the cut and style are always the same. No need for long explanation about what I’m looking for. I’ve been a customer of Great Clips for many years and will continue to do so thanks for the great job.

Instructed Lacey how I wanted my hair cut, could not wat her because I need glasses to see at that distance. I had cut a swatch at the front of my hair and stated I wanted it that length all over with a blunt cut across my ears and on the back with a slight taper. The left side is mostly less than ONE INCH LONG, with the very front being cut the length I wanted. The back is tapered all the way up to the crown area half the length I instructed her to cut it. The right side is the length I had requested. She stated over and over again that she had EIGHT years experience, I stated I got my cosmetology license 47 years ago, I guess she didn't like that because she really butchered my hair! I am just glad I can stay in until my hair grows out, about a month should do it.

I always enjoy going to this location especially having Tina and Lacey doing my hair! Always looking sharp getting compliments!

I asked to keep the top long and side short and the woman pretty much did it how she wanted it, she made it so short on the top it almost looks like she shaved it, I only asked for half a inch off the top and she took about a inch and a half, I'm a regular here and I don't think I'll be coming back.

Been their customer since we moved to PASCO in 2017. Friendly staff and being a senior citizen I appreciate the senior discount. I especially like the app to sign up for a haircut. It tells you where you are on the waiting list and the minutes to wait before your turn.

I enjoy going to Great Clips in Zephyrhills. Tina always gives me a great haircut! She has good suggestions as to the cut for my hair.the girls in the salon are so friendly and get along so well! It’s a great environment!

It is very tough to get a spot at this location. You will not get in around this time of the year as a walk in appointment so you have to check in online. Tina was my stylist and she did a great job trimming my hair so that I could keep the length I wanted and still look healthy. She recommended some product for my dry scalp and was really nice.

My girl is Beth. She has done my haircuts for seven months now. The very first time she cut my hair she listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly and has every since then. Love love love her!

I went for a haircut yesterday, the Gals there all seem to enjoy working with each other, and the Lady who cut my hair was very pleasant and did a good job, I will go back again.

Make an appointment online. They text you when they are ready. Beatrice was friendly and did a great job.

Myself and my daughter came for a wash and cut. They made my child’s first experience one she will never forget. I did feel a little rushed, but I understand that’s kind of part of their business model. My husband is a frequent customer and never had an issue. All the ladies are lovely!

The ladies were pleasant. The hair cut my 11yr old got was okay. She missed a big spot in the back but I will give her this, my kid is not easy to function with. He's stubborn and says crazy things but he sits Very still, so, I feel like it was distraction more than lack of ability.

I wish they would listen more to what you Say you want than the old notes of past haircuts because you may want something different and end up with exactly the same. Like we did. Good thing we weren't going for anything special.

In short, they have scissors and will cut hair. But how well do they follow directions? Or do they even need to? They're the professionals. Right?

Great haircut and the beautician was excellent new exactly what I wanted.

This review has nothing to do with the staff or the services they perform. When I went in, they put me in the system and told me it would be about a 50 min wait.no problem. I will just go a few businesses down and get something to eat with my husband and kids. They have a text messages system that will let you know when you have about 15 minutes left to wait. As we were finishing up our lunch, I got the text saying that I had about 15 min left so we got everything cleaned up and headed down there just to be told there were still 4 people ahead of us. System is broken. Won't go there again.
