The hairdresser her name is Bella she did the best haircut I recommend friends family to go to great clips and get the haircut

My husband signed in online and got taken as estimated. The process was smooth and went well. He was happy with his haircut

Bella did an excellent job. She misunderstood about “whitewall” cut for my hair and made up for it besides the apology. As long as I’m on this side of the state, she will be my lone barber! Very professional and beautiful!

I’ve been coming to this business for 10 years. I know you can’t make appointments, so I walked in. And now, since you can check in online, people are bumped ahead of you, who check in online! I waited almost an hour during a non-busy time. When I walked in there was one person sitting in the chair in front of me. After the third person bumped me, I walked out, You lost this veteran! I will never be back!

Very clean and my hair dresser was patient with me. I was nervous having my hair cut but she did a good job

I usually have an amazing experience at this salon, but today was not the case.im not sure of the woman's name, but she was the only one working around 2: 50pm when me and another person walked in.i'm very understanding of being the only one on shift, but there are better ways to handle walk-ins.after being passive aggressively informed she was the only one on shift, she took our numbers and said there were "others" ahead of us before walking back to her current cut mumbling under her breath to herself and her client about the two walk-ins.i have a hard enough time going out and getting my hair cut due to personal reasons without someone being passive aggressive about me being a walk-in when that's how ive handled every cut there previously.if you are a person with anxiety who has a hard enough time leaving the house, this salon is NOT the one for you when this woman is working.very disappointed in todays service after trusting this salon in the past.

Claimed they tried to call me during my 30 minute drive to the shop, no call came through and no missed calls on my phone. Hummmm.
My stylist was not there, so I gave in and went with someone different. She was not very pleasant and asked me a couple of questions when she first started, but then she was done. I just wanted out of there, but I’m not real pleased with my cut.
Luckily my hair grows fast and I will get it cut right next time when Bella is there. I will call myself and check since I don’t trust them to call me anymore.

Bella at the Great Clips in Milton plaza is an excellent hairdresser. She really listens to what you want and does a fantastic job. Very personable!
